The Hold & Win feature triggers when you manage to land a collect symbol and a cash symbol on the first and last reel. Diamond Supercharge Verdict: Needs Some Extras to be Great
Diamond Supercharge is a decent slot overall, but it’s not quite at the level of the best games around. As the collect symbol can land in the base game, with jackpot symbols, you can land decent wins on normal spins. However, it only really becomes exciting when the Hold & Win feature starts. As the multipliers and potential for up to 5 collect symbols increase the win potential, this is where the biggest wins are possible.
As it’s a high volatility, the bonus round doesn’t hit that often, meaning it can turn into a case of spinning to hit the bonus. I’d prefer an extra base game feature or an additional bonus round. On top of this, the maximum payout isn’t as high as some of the other titles on the market, which also stops it from being an elite slot.
