Unlike most new online slots, Toro 911 doesn’t offer conventional free spins. Nonetheless, Toro can hunt the bad guys down and trigger respins and different forms of wilds. There’s also a Feature Buy option.
Toro
The main character Toro acts as a walking wild and can only appear on reel 5. He triggers respins whenever he lands alone (without Matador and Diaz), during which he moves 1 position to the left on each spin.
His movement continues until he reaches reel 1, and he spins out. When Toro comes across Matador and Diaz on the reels, he charges them and leaves a trail of wilds behind.
If Toro crosses a regular wild, it transforms into a 2x multiplier wild. In a case where the wild already carries a multiplier, Toro increases its value by 1x.
Matador
Matador also acts as a wild symbol and appears with a 2x multiplier or more. You’ll get a respin as long as Matador is on the reels, and he can either stay in place or leave his symbol frame.
Diaz
Diaz is a sticky wild that locks in position and only moves when he tries to escape from Toro. He will remain on the grid until the spin is over or Toro knocks him off. When Diaz appears, he throws in at least 1 Matador symbol in a random position and increases the Matador multiplier during respins.
Toro Goes Wild
If at least 1 Matador symbol and Toro appear on a spin, but not Diaz, Toro will charge the Matadors, knocking them off the reels. Toro will also pick up the multiplier values of convicted Matadors. The first time he tries it, he becomes a multiplier wild, and subsequent attempts add to the existing multiplier count.
Clean the Streets
The Clean the Streets feature is triggered when both Diaz and Toro appear on the reels at the same time. At the beginning of the round, Diaz throws in at least 1 Matador symbol, and Toro, the cop, will charge each of these symbols one after the other.
After knocking all the Matador symbols off the reels, Toro will charge Diaz. He can either be knocked off the grid or escape. If the latter is the case, you’ll receive a respin, and then the feature continues. However, if Diaz is knocked off, the feature ends.

Toro 911 Verdict: Great Toro Visuals but RTP Remains Disappointing
ELK Studios has been creating titles around the jolly bull, Toro, for close to a decade, and there isn’t much to complain about. It has taken up several personalities, but honestly, I didn’t see the good-cop role coming. Given Toro’s versatility, my wild guess is that he might be visiting Mount Olympus next.
On the mechanics front, the provider integrates a true-crime story into the gameplay. However, Toro charging and knocking off Diaz and Matador, and the culprits sometimes escaping, might be quite a lot for some players to follow.
Even so, it doesn’t take away from these characters’ ability to spawn random, sticky, walking, and multiplier wilds. The top payout of 10,000x the bet is a decent reward for Toro’s hard work in keeping the streets clean. Still, the low RTP may be a significant drawback.
