The Giraffalot slot game uses a 5×4 game grid that’s made up of 26 fixed paylines. That’s an unusual number compared to many online slots. Create winners by landing 3, 4 or 5 matching symbols or wilds from left to right in a payline, starting from the leftmost reel.
You can enter the Kingdom of Catalot at bet levels of between 20p and £100 per spin. The maximum bet is capped at £5 if playing at UK online casinos. Giraffalot Theme—Take a Trip to the Strange but Beautiful Kingdom of Catalot
The design team at ELK Studios has got their creative juices flowing in the Giraffalot slot. The setting is the Kingdom of Catalot, a strange medieval kingdom made up of anthropomorphic animals. With a castle on the horizon, you’ll see cloudy, turquoise skies, candy floss-style trees and dusty, almost desert plains. It makes for quite the visual spectacle.
The reels are set within a stone framework. Joining the lower value A to J royals are four higher-value animals, kitted out with medieval kit and costumes. Top of the bill is King Leonhart, who pays 10x if you land 5 in a line.
The soundtrack is a real mashup too, combining classic medieval fare with blasts of drum and bass. I really liked it.

Multiplier Wilds
Expanding wilds can also come with a multiplier value attached. If the expanding wild makes up part of a winning line, the payout is boosted by the multiplier shown. If a wild created by a Spreading Wild is on the same reel, the features combine. The reel turns wild, and the multiplier is applied.

Giraffalot Verdict: Terrific Visuals and Varied Gameplay Make for a Very Playable Game
I loved the design when playing at Giraffalot casinos. It looks and sounds superb. That doesn’t mean much if the gameplay isn’t up to scratch. Thankfully, plenty is going on here thanks to the host of wild extras. Add the re-spins and free spins into the mix, especially if you get the expanding wilds in the Super Free Spins, and it’s a potent combination.
The 10,000x max win is a decent number. A shame the return-to-player rate is just 94%.
