If you’ve played an Oxygen game before, you’ll instantly be drawn to the visuals. It takes you deep under the sea, with ruined buildings pointing to some kind of apocalyptic event. Despite this dark subject matter, the symbols are extremely bright on the reels and look fantastic. They are simple, but show enough detail to stand out, showing that ELK Studios has put in a lot of work.
It has good music, with an upbeat tune playing throughout the game. It doesn’t change, but playing at Oxygen 3 casinos is still an engaging experience. While it doesn’t link directly to the story of the game, the bright and cheerful graphics link well with the catchy theme.

Oxygen 3 Mobile Slot
The controls remain in the same place in the Oxygen 3 mobile slot. It makes it easy to switch from desktop to mobile devices. The graphics are just as bright on smaller screens, and they pop better than on a desktop, with the dark background fading slightly more. I didn’t notice any slowdown, making it a responsive experience.

Multipliers
Whenever a symbol creates a win on the reels, it creates a bubble in its place. If a cascading win creates another win on this space, it increases the multiplier value for that bubble. Each extra win doubles the multiplier value. A multiplier strike can also trigger, which increases the value of all multipliers in a cluster. The multipliers reset on every new spin.
Modifier Wilds
A Blaster Wild and Exploding Wild can land on any spin. When a Blaster Wild lands and is part of a win, it fires in an x direction, turning all symbols into a single matching symbol. An Exploding Wild will remove symbols either vertically or horizontally.
Clam Features
When the clam lands, it acts as a wild symbol. If it’s part of a win, it will trigger 1 of 3 features.
- Squid: The squid will dart around the reels, leaving wild symbols in its wake, until it hops off the reels
- Pearl: The pearl chooses a symbol at random, and then locks all instances of that symbol, and any wilds, in place. It then performs respins, locking any of the chosen symbols or wilds when they land. The respins continue until no new instances of that symbol appear. At this point, it evaluates all potential wins.
- Starfish: The starfish points around the reels, removing symbols and increasing multipliers, before finally turning into a wild
Free Spins
Landing 3 scatters awards 10 Free Spins. During this feature, you fill up an Oxygen Meter at the side of the reels. When it’s full, it increases a cluster of multipliers on the screen. Multipliers don’t reset during the Free Spins, and you get 3 or 5 extra spins for landing 2 or 3 scatters. If you land a super scatter to trigger the feature, you get a Super Oxygen Meter, which boosts the size of the multiplier cluster.

Oxygen 3 Verdict: One of the Best New Releases
I played a lot of Oxygen 3, and the only real downside to it is the presence of RTP ranges. It’s a game that’s right up my street, with multipliers and cascading reels making every spin exciting. It becomes even more fun in the bonus round, with the multipliers remaining in place and growing to impressive levels.
Even though it’s a high volatility slot, I only really noticed it in the bonus round, as in the base game, it felt more like a medium variance. This is in my top 10 slots for 2026 so far, and is definitely worth trying out.
