Back to basics. The base game consists of 15 Barriers, groups 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5. Each Barrier holds a symbol grid. You need to shut down a Barrier to reach the next symbol grid.

When you collect 5 Energy Cells, the Charges feature applies. The Reaper then enables 1 charge which are used to shut Barriers down. Furthermore, the total number of Charges needed to shut down a Barrier increases from the third barrier group.

Special Ability features

Look out for the Juggernaut Reaper symbol as this collects all symbols and symbol clusters in a 4×4 area. Furthermore, clusters of 5+ symbols will always be collected. There is a meter at the top which indicates how many Energy Cells have been collected per level. At the bottom, there is another meter which shows the number of symbol grids remaining on each level.
