Existing Customer Offers

At the time of writing this review (February 2024), there are numerous Red Casinos bonus offers for existing players. There’s a Drops and Wins promotion, which you can find at numerous other slot sites in the UK, and there are other bonuses with free spins on specific games. Promotions change all the time, though, so my advice would be to check the promotions tab on the Red Casino app or website to see what’s currently available to you.

Site and Mobile

red-casino-site

The website layout looks very similar to many Red Casino sister sites with the only difference really being that you will see a lot of red here. That’s because of the white label nature of each of these operators under the AG Communications Limited umbrella. Red Casino is no different.

Once you’ve used your Red Casino login, you’ll see the huge welcome offer banner disappear. Then you’ll see some popular slots at the top of the page along with some easy-to-use navigational menus. Right at the top of the page, you’ll see menus for:

  • Slots
  • Live Casino
  • Blackjack
  • Roulette
  • Promotions

Just below the promotional banners, you’ll see another navigational menu on a red background. These really help make your search easier. The options include but are not limited to:

  • Popular
  • Hot Slots
  • New
  • Slots
  • Megaways
  • Jackpots

You’ll notice a search function on the left too. Here you can type in any game or software provider to bring up what you’re looking for. For example, if you want to see a list of all NetEnt slots, simply type NetEnt into the search box and all of the slots from this provider will appear. Not all operators have this functionality, so it’s great to see it available here at one of the newer casinos on the market.

Unfortunately, there are no demos on the site. However, we have over 5,000 on our website, so don’t hesitate to try a free demo slot here at Online-Slot.co.uk before using any of your own funds.

I’m a big fan of the filtering option as it allows you to find your favourite games a lot quicker. However, if you know what slot you want to play, it’s best to use the search function in my opinion rather than hunt for it using one of the menu options.

Red Casino Mobile + App

There’s a Red Casino app for both iOS and Android users. You simply need to locate them in the respective store on your smartphone or tablet. As far as top mobile casinos go, this is arguably right up there competing as the app is fantastic and really easy to use.

Here’s how to find the Red Casino apps:

Red Casino iOS App Red Casino Android App
Go to the App Store and search for ‘Red Casino’ Go to the Play Store and search for ‘Red Casino’
Tap the app icon and ‘Install’ Click the app icon and then ‘Install’

Red Casino Slots

red-casino-slots

Players can enjoy over 2,000 slots from many top providers at Red Casino. If you include all games such as roulette and blackjack, the total game count shoots to over 2,500. Although you can’t filter by provider, you can make use of the search function to list games in this way. You’ll see the likes of Play’n GO, Evolution, NetEnt, and Pragmatic Play all listed. If you’re interested in a full list of providers listed at Red Casino, here it is:

1×2 Gaming, Ainsworth, Amatic, Atomic Slot Lab, Authentic, Bally Wulff, Betixon, Betsoft, Bluberi, Blueprint, Booming Games, Darwin, Evolution Gaming, Eyecon, FBM, Games Global, Gaming1, Gaming Realms (Slingo), Gamomat, G. Games, Greentube, Hacksaw, Indigo Magic, Inspired, iSoftBet, Lightning Box, Neogames, NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, NYX, Oryx, Pariplay, PlayNGo, Playson, Playzido, Pragmatic, QuickSpin, Red Tiger, RedRake, Realistic Games, Ruby Play, Scientific Games, Skillzzgaming, Skywind, Slotmill, SpinBerry, Spinomenal, StakeLogic, SYNOT, Spribe, Tom Horn, Wazdan, and Yggdrasil.

I don’t see the likes of Push Gaming or Nolimit City, which is disappointing as they have some of the best slots in the industry. If you want to play games from these providers, check out an alternative casino like Casumo.

Popular + New Slots

There are plenty of Red Casino slots to choose from and you’ll see many of the top ones listed here too. However, there are some obvious omissions as there are some leading providers absent as mentioned above such as Nolimit City and Push Gaming. If you check out our top 10 best online slots, a few of these are missing at Red Casino, which is a shame.

Nevertheless, there is a ‘Popular’ option in the navigational menu, which will list the most popular games and hot slots. How Red Casino determines this list is unknown though. I did ask live chat but they didn’t know the answer, unfortunately.

In terms of new online slots, there is also a ‘New’ section in the navigational menu. At the time of writing this review, I do see recent releases here. For example, Pompeii Megareels Megaways (Pragmatic Play) is listed and that has only been on the market for a few days.  However, I also see older slots listed but it could be because they’ve recently been added to the portfolio of games by Red Casino, which would technically make them new I suppose.

Megaways Slots

Megaways slots are very popular, so it’s great to see a dedicated section for these slots in the navigational menu. All slots using this mechanic are listed here, but there’s no sort of order to the list so you need to scroll until you find what you’re looking for. Alternatively, just type ‘Megaways’ in the search bar or an arguably clear list. Popular releases are available such as Tyrant King Megaways (iSoftBet) and Big Bad Wolf Megaways (Quickspin).

Jackpot Slots

With a dedicated ‘Jackpot’ section in the navigational menu, there are 49 jackpot slots listed. However, these are all quite old and you won’t see newer ones such as Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune or even any Dream Drop slots from Relax Gaming. Still, at least there are some there to choose from as there are casinos that don’t list any at all.

If you want a wider variety of jackpot slots, take a look at Unibet Casino as they’ve got many great ones listed.

Payment Methods

Minimum Deposit = £10 / Minimum Withdrawal = £10

There are plenty of payment options available for players to choose from at this casino. The likes of PayPal, MuchBetter and AstroPay are all listed with £10 being the minimum deposit value.

But one important thing to consider here is that there is a 3.1% PayPal fee for deposits, so I would personally steer clear of this payment option. For example, if you deposit £100, £3.10 of your own money is instantly lost in fees.

For the Red Casino welcome bonus, all payment methods are valid.

When it comes to a Red Casino withdrawal, the timeframes are widespread, but the average payout is around 48 hours. However, we’ve been advised by live chat that payments via e-wallets could be quicker, so bear that in mind. The speed is a little slower than some competitors but it’s still not too bad overall. Here’s a full list of the deposit and withdrawal options:

Banking Method Min Deposit Min Cashout Cashout Time
debit-cards £10 £10 Instant to 6 days
astropay £10 £10 Instant to 4 days
paypal £10 £10 Instant to 2 days
skrill £10 £10 Instant to 2 days
muchbetter £10 £10 Instant to 2 days
paysafecard £10 NA NA
trustly £10 £10 Instant to 4 days

Security and Account Verification

As mentioned, this casino is managed and owned by AG Communications Limited, otherwise known as Aspire Global. They’re a renowned name in the casino industry so you are in safe hands if you decide to sign up at Red Casino. They are fully licenced by the UK Gambling Commission under licence number 39483.

When registering at this casino, you should be automatically verified. However, in some cases, you may need to confirm you are who you say you are for security purposes. You may need to send over photo ID and proof of address as follows:

Identity Driving Licence, Passport, ID/National Card
Address Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Tax/Government-issued letter

You’ll always need to verify your email address once you’ve registered, so make sure you do that when signing up too.

Red Casino is also committed to responsible gambling and has a dedicated page in the footer of the site for you if you ever need it. You can set personal betting limits and there are also some useful links to external organisations such as the Gambling Therapy Helpline.

Customer Support

It’s always great for players if there is live support around the clock, and that’s exactly what we have at this casino. Red Casino live chat is available 24/7, and we tested this numerous times to see how long it took us to get responses to our queries. We chatted to a support agent within 1 minute on every occasion once we requested to chat to someone, which is good. We tested this at different times of the day too, so rest assured you will be able to get quick answers to any queries you may have at any point.

It’s important to note that live chat is only available if you are logged in.

If you have any common queries, you might find the answers to them in the FAQ section of the site. This can be found in 2 areas – the same area as live chat or under ‘Getting Started’. If you hit the menu button in the top-left of the site, then hit ‘Chat’, a box will appear where you can either search FAQs or chat with a support agent. You’ll also see the FAQ section under the ‘Getting Started’ section under the same menu.

Review Summary

If you’ve played at an Aspire Global site before, you’ll no doubt be familiar with the setup on the website and the app. The site is really easy to navigate and I like the simple red design. This new casino boasts over 2,000 slots and over 2,500 games overall, which is very good compared to a lot of the competition. The only downside here is the mission of some of the leading providers in the industry. I hope that they will be added in the future.

If I had to pick out the main negative at Red Casino, it would have to be the PayPal fees. It’s rare to see any fees these days, so it’s a shame that anyone who prefers PayPal will need to pay a fee of 3.1% to deposit funds. My advice? Don’t use PayPal here. There are plenty of other payment options thankfully.

Overall, despite a few negatives, it’s a pretty good casino with plenty of games and 24/7 live support, which is fantastic. If you decide to register, don’t forget to grab the Red Casino bonus for new players!
