I wouldn’t say NextGen made the most of what they could with the Wild West® slot on smaller screens. It’s not that you wouldn’t find it on most mobile casinos. Everything works well, though I do wish they’d used the screen space a bit better.

Wild West® stands out as one of NextGen’s more disciplined designs, featuring a tight layout and a consistent math model. More specifically, the studio has taken a straightforward approach and built a slot that sticks to traditional mechanics without trying to reinvent the wheel.
I found the combination of free games and multipliers surprisingly engaging, especially when retriggers started to pile up. However, the lower RTP range and the lack of a defined max win kept my expectations in check. That said, I love how the cartoon-style visuals give it a light, lively personality.
