Snake Arena 2 Slot RTP, Details & Wager Limits
The Snake Arena 2 slot game is a sequel to the original Snake Arena. This time around, it features a 6-reel, 4-row layout with 14 fixed paylines. And as with most online slots, you win by landing matching symbols on adjacent reels along one or more of these, starting from the leftmost.
You can adjust your bet using the + and – buttons, with options ranging from 10p to £20 per spin. Snake Arena 2 casinos in the UK limit the maximum bet to £5 and remove the autoplay feature. Normally, this would let the game spin automatically until you stop it or trigger a bonus. Additionally, a Quickspin mode is available outside the UK. It skips win animations to increase game speed.
Relax Gaming has set the Snake Arena 2 RTP at 96.1%, which is slightly above the average for the best online slots. And since the game comes with high volatility, wins can take a while to land, but they tend to be substantial when they do.
The Snake Arena 2 max win is the sort of top prize that keeps the tension high. Each spin can pay as much as 50,000x your stake.
➡️ Before testing its real-money potential at top online casinos, I’d strongly recommend playing the Snake Arena 2 demo first to get a sense of its pacing.
Snake Arena 2 Theme—A Futuristic Battle Between Snakes and Machines
Snake Arena 2 trades the original’s medieval vibe for a futuristic look. It places you inside a metallic combat chamber, sealed off by thick armoured walls lit with glowing blue tubes that pulse like energy conduits. The reels sit in the centre of this high-tech arena, surrounded by steel panels and mechanical joints. Above is a looming, massive, coiled cyber-snake.
The audio matches this new sci-fi theme perfectly. I could hear the deep background hums that give the track texture and weight. Sharp drum hits and mechanical thuds accompany spins and wins. Plus, during the features, the sound shifts into heavier bass and quicker electronic beats.
The paytable starts with four metallic shapes marked with card-suit symbols as the lower-paying icons, similar to many free slots. Climb higher, and you’ll find robotic creatures—bugs, bots, and mechanical hunters—leading up to the red spider and orange robot at the top.
Here’s what each one pays:
| Symbol | Payouts/Info |
|---|---|
Spade | 3, 4, 5, or 6 = 0.1, 0.4, 2, or 5x the stake |
Heart | 3, 4, 5, or 6 = 0.1, 0.4, 2, or 5x the stake |
Club | 3, 4, 5, or 6 = 0.1, 0.4, 2, or 5x the stake |
Diamond | 3, 4, 5, or 6 = 0.1, 0.4, 2, or 5x the stake |
Blue Bot | 3, 4, 5, or 6 = 0.4, 1.5, 5, or 10x the stake |
Green Bug | 3, 4, 5, or 6 = 0.4, 1.5, 5, or 10x the stake |
Orange Robot | 3, 4, 5, or 6 = 0.8, 2.5, 8, or 16x the stake |
Red Spider | 3, 4, 5, or 6 = 1, 3, 10, or 20x the stake |
Wild | 6 = 20x the stake; substitutes for all symbols except the Bonus |
Bonus | Scatter | Appear on all reels; act as wilds when part of a win |
Snake Arena 2 Mobile Slot
While testing Snake Arena 2 at mobile casinos, I found the performance to be fully in line with what new slots typically deliver. The 6×4 grid remains perfectly proportioned, featuring high-quality visuals and fluid motion that is consistent across devices. Also, the interface is compact, keeping the spin and bet controls anchored along the lower edge for easy thumb access without blocking the reels.

Snake Arena 2 Bonus Features
The bonus features in Snake Arena 2 keep you on the very edge of your seat. Expect everything from wild chases to upgrades and big multipliers. They’re seriously innovative and take a bit of practice to get the hang of, but that’s also what makes them so much fun.
Snake Arena Feature Symbols
Snake Arena features several special symbol types. Here’s a close look at each:
| Snake Eggs | Come in three tiers: Bronze (1x–19x your bet), Silver (20x–99x), and Gold (100x or higher) |
| The Green Symbol | Gathers every visible value on the grid and adds them to your total |
| The Red Symbol | Reveals a new multiplier and increases all other visible values accordingly |
| Red + Green | Merges all values currently on the grid, then redistributes the new total back to every collected symbol |
| The Gold Symbol | Pays the total win amount to all active symbols on the grid |
| Red-Green Triangle | Reveals a multiplier of at least 10x, adds it to all current symbols, collects the new values, and pays the combined total to all involved symbols |
| S.N.A.K.E. | Collects all to trigger an instant upgrade to the Super Snake Arena (this can also happen through a Loot Box) |
| Blue + Gold | Unlock extra rows at the top, bottom, or both during Arena Spins |
| + Symbol | Adds the number shown on it (like +1, +2, or +3) to your remaining free rounds total |
| Lock Symbol | (Found only in Loot Boxes) Boosts the Slayer’s shield by 2x–5x and moves him one reel to the right. When the round ends, that spin’s total win is multiplied by 5x |
| Loot Box | Triggers one of these bonuses randomly, and any Snake Eggs it grants are worth at least 50x |
During Arena Spins, activated symbols are removed after use. In Super Arena Spins, they remain on the grid and can be triggered multiple times. Snake Eggs are always collected and removed, while Super Slayers can reach a maximum multiplier of 10x.
Wild Chase
When the Snake feature activates at the start of any spin, the mechanical serpent wakes up and begins chasing the Slayers positioned at the bottom of the reels. Each spin places between one and five Slayers, each carrying a random multiplier ranging from 2x to 1,000x.
As the Snake moves, it targets these Slayers—whenever it catches one, that reel turns Wild and their multiplier is applied to your total win. The chase continues until every Slayer has defended their reel. Alternatively, it ends when the Snake moves toward a reel that doesn’t have a Slayer beneath it.
Note: If a Wild lands directly above a Slayer, the Slayer’s multiplier is transferred to that Wild. Any win that includes this Wild then benefits from the same multiplier value.
Additionally, if several reels turn Wild, their multiplier values are added together before calculating your total win.
Pick Mode
Landing 3 bonus symbols activates a feature choice screen where you can pick between two modes—Slayer Free Spins or Arena Spins. If you land 4 scatters instead, you unlock the upgraded versions—Super Slayer Free Spins or Super Arena Spins—which offer stronger modifiers and higher win potential.
Slayer Free Spins
The Slayer Free Spins feature gives you 5 free spins during which the Snake stays active. You’ll see it chasing Slayers that appear randomly at the bottom of the reels, same as in the Wild Chase.
Landing 3 scatters during this round gives you 5 more free spins. Getting 4 scatters upgrades a bonus to Super Slayer Free Spins, also adding 5 extra spins.
The feature ends once all spins are used.
Super Slayer Free Spins
When a Slayer protects its reel, that reel stays Wild for the rest of the round while keeping its multiplier active. Wild reels can also upgrade if the Snake attacks again—the new Slayer’s multiplier stacks on top of the existing one.
Landing 3 scatters adds 5 more spins in this case as well.
Arena Spins
The Arena Spins round gives you 5 free spins and takes place on a 6×6 grid, which can expand to 6×8 as the round progresses. Rows 1 and 8 start locked, and any feature symbols or Snake Eggs behind them stay inactive. That’s until the Snake triggers the expansion symbol.
Note that each spin has two stages:
- Feature symbols and Snake Eggs land on the grid
- Snake and Slayer appear in random empty spots
The Snake always spawns to the left of the Slayer and moves toward it. You’ll also see it collecting symbols, chests, letters, and Snake Eggs along the path. It will also add their values to your round win.
Sometimes, Super Slayers appear instead of regular ones. They have a 2x–5x multiplier that boosts the total round win once the Snake reaches them. After each spin, both the Snake and Slayer are removed, but uncollected symbols stay for the next round.
You can also collect letters to spell “SNAKE” during the feature. Completing the word upgrades the round into the Super Snake Arena instantly.
➡️ Bonus symbols and Snake Eggs can also award extra spins.
Super Arena Spins
The Super Arena Spins round builds on the regular Arena Spins with some key upgrades. Here, all feature symbols become sticky, meaning they stay on the grid after being collected and can trigger more than once during the same bonus. The upgrade letters used in the standard mode are removed entirely, so they no longer appear. Additionally, rows 1 and 8 automatically unlock from the start, immediately giving you the full expanded grid.
Additional Spin (Not Available in the UK)
After finishing Super Slayer Free Spins or Super Arena Spins, you might get the chance to buy one more spin. That is, if your winnings are high enough to meet the minimum cost required.
Note: You don’t have to accept this offer—you can instead collect all your winnings right away.
These offers continue to appear until you collect your winnings or can’t afford one. Each spin costs at least 100x your bet and is capped at 10,000x. It uses your current bet size and has a 96.5% RTP.
Upgrade Spins & Buy Feature (Not Available in the UK)
You can pick from 3 Slayer Spin modes: Double, Triple, or Quadruple. They each deploy 5 Slayers with 2, 3, or 4 Wild Chase links. All modes create that many wild multiplier reels, with Slayers showing 2x–1,000x multipliers. Costs are 50x, 150x, or 350x your bet, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Buy Feature lets you instantly enter a bonus round. The Standard version costs 100x your bet, while the Super one costs 500x. Each guarantees 3 or 4 bonus symbols to trigger the feature immediately.
The Bonus Reels mode costs 10x your bet and removes all regular symbols. Therefore, only scatters (or blanks) can land, increasing the chance to trigger a feature.
You can turn on the Enhanced Spins in the base game to double your bet and boost the chance of landing scatters or triggering the Snake feature.
Snake Arena 2 Verdict: A Ferocious Clash of Metal and Mayhem
Snake Arena 2 takes the medieval chaos of the original and turns it into a sleek mechanical showdown between man and machine. Its metallic visuals and intense soundtrack give the sequel a completely new identity while retaining the same relentless Snake vs. Slayer tension at its core.
The 50,000x max win potential makes it a thrilling ride. Other than that, every spin carries risk and promise, and the dual bonus paths—Slayer and Arena Spins—offer a rather meaningful variety. The volatility may not suit everyone, but for those who prefer their slots bold and intricate, this one won’t disappoint.
