At the start of every spin, 1 or more reels can transform into Blood Reels. Blood Reels can apply 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 25x, 50x or 100x multipliers to vampire symbols. If you were to land a 5-of-a-kind winning combination and 2 of them are on Blood Reels with a multiplier of 10x each. This means the total multiplier for that win will be subject to a 20x multiplier.

Blood Moon Bonus feature
The Blood Moon Bonus feature is triggered when 3 Candle Free Spins Scatter symbols appear simultaneously during a base game spin. 10 free spins will be awarded.
When a Blood Reel lands, it’s persistent until the end of the feature. However, Blood Reel multipliers change on every free spin. If you land 2 or 3 scatters, 2 or 4 extra free spins are awarded respectively.

Look out for Coffin symbols which are sticky throughout the feature. When the free spins end, landed Coffin symbols will reveal a multiplying multiplier that applies to their respective reel multiplier. They can contain multipliers of 2x up to 10x. Immortal Desire Review Summary: multipliers key to draining this game of its blood
Aesthetically great as always by Hacksaw Gaming, the Immortal Desire slot game follows on from many slots that have a darker and eerie feel. I like how the piano soundtrack is quite calm and gives it a chilling feeling.
In terms of the bonus features, the Blood Reel multipliers are very similar to the Wild Panda Multipliers in Eye of the Panda. However, 100x multipliers applying to vampire symbols cannot be taken lightly. The Blood Moon free spins benefit from persistent Blood Reels for bigger wins potentially.
I found the larger payouts to come from the Dark Awakening Bonus feature. The key is to land Awakened Multipliers which affect the reels they land on (Normal) or all reels if they are of the Epic variety. Multiplying multipliers are the real secret especially if they affect all reels.
On top of that, you have Coffin symbols which will apply a multiplier up to 10x to their reel multiplier. This can lead to 10,000 x bet max wins in the feature as a whole. That said, the max payout can be won during a base game spin or in the Blood Moon free spins.
Whilst all this is great, the bonus features have been seen a few times before on other Hacksaw Gaming slots. They may not be unique but they still manage to excite me. I would personally hope you land the Dark Awakening Bonus feature where the true win potential exists.
