Eye of the Panda Review Summary: superb visuals + rewarding Wild Panda Multipliers
First of all, I must say that the Eye of the Panda slot is superbly designed. With dark colours in the background, it really highlights the symbols and panda to life. It’s not your typical panda-themed game which I applaud Hacksaw Gaming for. To be fair, all their slots look great so kudos to their design team (once again).
In the base game, you have Super Cascades where all symbols of the winning type are removed. This greatly improves your chances of landing another win. The Wild Panda Multipliers are pretty common but multiple multipliers will see the values multiplied and then applied. All pretty standard so far.
Now, Eye of the Panda excels in the pair of free spins features. The Never Say No to Panda free spins sees Wild Panda Multipliers collected and then added to the reels when a win lands. This means multipliers are applied to wins which is great. On the last free spin, all collected Pandas are added to the reels randomly.
In the Jumping Panda free spins, 5 Wild Panda Multipliers remain on the reels and move around after every free spin. They also gain a new multiplier value meaning the multipliers can increase to give you much bigger wins. Hopefully they will line up on the same payline for huge payouts.
With 10,000 x bet max wins, the Eye of the Panda slot is a game I really enjoyed. Visually great and different, Hacksaw Gaming has done well to bring in bonus features that can combine really well in the free spins. It’s not as good as Wanted Dead or a Wild (by Hacksaw) but well worth playing.
