My first thought when loading up Fate of Dead Blitzways™ was all about the theme. I’ve reviewed thousands of slots in my career, and the number of Egyptian games has to be in the hundreds. Just for once, I want to see something new done with the theme. That wasn’t the case here; it’s exactly the same as every other Egyptian game. It’s the biggest letdown in what could have been a really enjoyable slot.
It is frustrating because Fate of Dead Blitzways™ has a lot going for it. The wild multipliers and cascading reels combine to make every spin exciting. So many slots can be a slog in the base game, but it’s not the case here. The Free Spins are a good feature, too, and with up to 20,000x your stake available, there’s some good win potential. If gameplay is your main focus, then this is a game worth trying. If you need an interesting theme, it probably won’t be enough for you.
