As long as you keep landing wins, the avalanches continue. Then, to unlock the 9th row, you need to land an overflowing symbol.

Icarus & Pandora’s Box

If you land 2+ Icarus symbols and there are no wins on the screen, they trigger a symbol replacement. The Icarus symbol and the ones above it—unless they’re bonus symbols, wilds, or a Pandora’s Box—get swapped out for regular paying symbols. And if it passes through a big symbol, that gets replaced too. Trigger it on row 8 and it unlocks the 9th row.

The Pandora’s Box collects all non-bonus symbols involved in a win, and if any of those are larger-sized, it breaks them into 1×1 pieces. Then, once no more wins are showing, the box opens and explodes while dropping its collected symbols back onto the grid.

It always prioritises dropping the symbol type it collected the most. If there’s a tie, it picks the most valuable one. The box stays open until it’s empty, then disappears.

Split & Wild Forge

If a payout symbol lands with a split marker, every symbol of that same type currently visible splits in 2 and counts as double. If any of those are big symbols, they’re first broken down into a 1×1 size before being split.

When the blocking Wild Forge lands, it locks into place and stays put. After each avalanche, it fills the space directly underneath it with wilds. It keeps doing that until it runs out of room or gets pushed off.
