Beam Boys Verdict: another solid Hacksaw release
I can’t argue that it’s not another good slot from Hacksaw because it is. The gameplay is fun, there are unlimited free spins up for grabs, the RTP rate is above average and the max win is generous enough at 12,500 x bet. But what I would have loved to see was a bit more uniqueness. They’ve stuck to what they know best with the gameplay and the visuals, which isn’t a bad thing by any means. But it’s not enough for me to give it a rating higher than 3.6/5. Something extra would have propelled this even higher.
I like the way the Laser Cat symbol blasts a beam from right to left to convert symbols in Wilds. That’s a nice way to potentially boost wins. I also like that I had a choice of volatility.
