Monopoly Casino Review
Play £10 and get 30 Free Spins
Monopoly Casino has been around for over a decade and is operated by a big company, Gamesys. It’s managed to fly under the radar slightly, even with such massive branding behind it. It has over 250 slots, which is smaller than many other casinos, but it uses high-quality developers to ensure top titles are on show, like King Kong Cash and Mega Moolah. Follow our Monopoly Casino review to see if you manage to pass go.

Existing Promotions
The only existing promotion at Monopoly Casino is a refer-a-friend bonus. It differs from any Monopoly Casino real money offers that might be in place, as you don’t need to make extra deposits to claim the bonus.
As long as you’ve made your initial £10 deposit, you can start referring friends. You will then get £20 added to your account when they deposit and wager £50 on bingo or slot games. You can use this for up to 5 friends, meaning there’s a total bonus of up to £100.
A minor downside is the lack of traditional promotions or tournaments. However, Monopoly Casino does have an excellent rewards program to make up for it.
Loyalty Program
As you might expect, Monopoly Casino’s loyalty program leans fully into the Monopoly theme. While it might not appeal to everyone, I like the effort. Why go to the trouble of having the Monopoly brand if you’re not going to use it?
When you wager enough at Monopoly Casino, you unlock the Monopoly Wheel, which gives you rewards when you spin it. Rewards vary depending on what lands and your level, and they reset at the start of every week.
Site + Mobile
I really like the Monopoly Casino layout. It uses the theme superbly, really showing off the Monopoly logo throughout. It also puts everything onto a black background, so eye strain is less likely. In terms of site navigation, I had no issues making my way around, and it uses a menu at the top of the screen. It’s similar to many modern UK online casinos, so it felt familiar. It runs quickly, with barely any slowdown.
Despite the overall navigation being good, finding specific slots isn’t as easy. There are no sort or search options, so you have to check the games manually. There are fewer than 300 and in alphabetical order, which makes things easier. But not featuring a search option on a modern site is a big downside. This’s a clear area for improvement and would make the site more accessible to players.
Mobile
You can access the Monopoly Casino app through a QR code that’s on the website. It’s a unique approach that I don’t remember seeing at any other sites so far. The mobile browser site works fine if you don’t want to download it, but it is available for iOS and Android players. On mobile, you get the full collection of online slots, so you don’t miss anything by playing on a smaller screen.
Slots
There are almost 300 Monopoly Casino slots, which is well below the best operators. It’s frustrating, as there are some great games here, but the limited selection puts it behind from the start. It includes a selection of free slots in demo mode, so you can try them out before you play for real. The games come from top developers, with our table covering some of the most popular creators at Monopoly Casino:
Although Monopoly Casino offers relatively few slots, the quality of the developers ensures some superb games. The curated list leaves little room for filler, which can be an issue at other sites.
As I covered earlier, there are no search or sort functions, making it hard to find specific games. There are also minimal sections, so you can’t find Megaways slots or Big Bass games. It’s not the worst situation, as the lower number of slots isn’t too hard to sift through. However, if Monopoly Casino adds a larger selection of games, it will also need a search bar.
Popular and New Slots
The Monopoly Casino slots list has no featured or popular section. However, a new slots carousel at the top of the page shows the newest slots added to the site. Obviously, this list of games changes regularly, but at the time of our Monopoly Casino review, these are some of the slots included in the new section:
- Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe (Pragmatic Play)
- 333 Boom Banks (Games Global)
- Gold Blitz Ultimate™ (Games Global)
Jackpot Slots
While there isn’t a dedicated jackpot slots section available, Monopoly Casino does have a Jackpot King section. This means you can easily find games from this franchise, which covers a substantial range of games. That doesn’t mean that’s all that’s available, as there are other jackpot games, including Mega Moolah. Some of the current jackpot slots you can find are as follows:
- Mega Moolah (Games Global)
- Bison Rising Megaways: Jackpot King (Blueprint Gaming)
- Deal or No Deal Megaways: Jackpot King (Blueprint Gaming)
Megaways™ Slots
Monopoly Casino has some decent Megaways™ slots, but you’ll need to dig through to find them. It’s slightly frustrating, since they’re a popular niche, so it would be much better to have them easy to access. These are some of the top Megaways games you can find if you take a look through the slot selection:
- 10,001 Nights Megaways (Red Tiger Gaming)
- 4 Diamond Blues Megaways (Games Global)
- 5 Lions Megaways (Pragmatic Play)
Payment Methods
The payment options at Monopoly Casino are okay, but they’re missing a few modern alternatives. For example, you can pay with Google Pay and Apple Pay, but there are no other e-wallet options. That’s why the bonus T&Cs don’t cover Neteller or Skrill, since they aren’t available for deposits. Besides Google Pay and Apple Pay, you can use debit cards and bank transfers.
All deposits and withdrawals have a minimum amount of £10. This is about the market average, as some sites go above and below this level. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method, and you can set your own limits by entering the responsible play page. There are no fees for deposits or withdrawals, which helps to keep costs relatively low.
You can find all banking information for Monopoly Casino in the FAQ, which you can access before you sign in to your account. I think it’s a positive to have this info available first, as it can impact whether people want to sign up. For more details around the payment methods, our table covers them in detail:

Security and Account Verification
Gamesys Operations Limited owns and operates Monopoly Casino. It’s been this way since it opened, and it has held a UKGC licence 38905 since November 2014.
Overall, it’s generally well run, and it hasn’t broken any regulations since 2023.
The secondary licence is RGL No. 46 and RGL No. 153 through the Gibraltar Gambling Commission. The UK licence is a clear plus, as it’s one of the most trusted licences on the market. While the Gibraltar licence isn’t a bad thing, it’s less of a deal because of its weaker reputation.
Account Verification
It didn’t take me long to create an account with Monopoly Casino. I had to go through the usual process of providing my address, DOB, name, phone number, and email address. Once I entered all that information, I created my username and password and was ready to make a deposit and start playing.
While I didn’t have to complete any verification to start playing, Monopoly Casino reserves the right to complete KYC. As a result, you can expect checks when making a withdrawal, or if you want to significantly increase your deposit limits. You’ll need to have the required ID close at hand when it comes through; a driving licence or passport is the most common choice.
Responsible Gambling
Monopoly Casino has a wide range of responsible gambling tools for players. You can find them on the responsible gambling page at the bottom of the page. These tools help you protect yourself while you play, from session limits to full exclusions.
The following resources are available via the Monopoly Casino responsible gambling page:
Players also have the option to use the following protective settings:
- Deposit limits
- Reality checks
- Sessions limits
- Breaks of between 24 hours and 6 weeks
- Self exclusion
The only area where Monopoly Casino falls behind other casinos is the lack of a self-assessment on the responsible gambling page. Many casinos now offer these as a way for players to evaluate themselves before they begin playing. Adding this would help players understand where they stand when it comes to problem gambling.
Customer Support
Monopoly Casino customer support meets industry expectations. It has 24/7 live chat available, which you can access through the contact page. Once you open the live chat, it uses an AI chatbot for the initial screening. While this can be frustrating, I actually think it’s a good idea in theory. I just wish the chatbots were more intuitive, as they can often struggle to understand simple questions. However, once you reach a real person, there are no issues, and the agents are very helpful.
Monopoly Casino doesn’t offer a direct email address, which I find annoying. I’m not a big fan of contact forms, as there’s no evidence in your Sent folder that you’ve raised any issues. If you want a paper trail, this can sometimes remove that. On the flipside, the FAQ is absolutely superb. It’s packed with answers and has a search bar to help you find specific answers to issues you might have. There isn’t a phone number available, but that’s not really an issue these days.

Monopoly Casino Review Summary
I’m really torn about Monopoly Casino. On one hand, I think the 250+ slot games are well below expectations for new casinos. When you sign up for a site today, you usually get at least 1,000, and even sites below 2,000 can feel a bit light. Despite that, there’s absolutely no waste in the game selection. As I scrolled through the options, I couldn’t find a single filler game. I can’t remember the last time I played at a casino where that was the case. So, while the number of games is quite low, it will stand out if you want a site where every game is worth trying.
A few other minor issues remain, though. The lack of direct email support, regular promotions, and a game search function all take it down a notch. I don’t think these are deal breakers, especially if a streamlined slot selection appeals to you. Overall, I think Monopoly Casino has a nice premise and the potential to be a fantastic casino. It just needs a few extra steps to become a top-class site for slot lovers.
