Loot online casino takes a novel approach to rewarding new players. It’s been on the market since 2018 and has developed a solid reputation in that time. It’s owned and operated by Jumpman Gaming, which is a well-regarded company, and it has licences from UKGC and Alderney.

The welcome bonus is the biggest stand-out for me and was a minor surprise while putting together my Loot Casino review. Instead of a fixed percentage, it uses a bonus wheel that awards up to 10x your deposit across three deposits for a maximum of £6,000. It has over 3,000 slots and over 3,500 games in total, coming from top-class creators like NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and Red Tiger.

You can play on a Loot Casino app if you’re on Android, but it’s unavailable on iOS. However, Loot Casino mobile is available on a browser, so you can access the site on any device.

Welcome Bonus: Up to £6,000 and 10x your deposit

After creating your account, you’re eligible for a Loot Casino real money bonus. It works differently from other bonuses, as you don’t know how much you will get upfront. You must deposit at least £10, and although you can deposit more than £200, any funds above this amount don’t count for the bonus (£2,000 is the max). After depositing, you get the opportunity to spin a bonus wheel that awards a random multiplier of up to 10x.

The bonus is available for your first three deposits, offering the chance for up to £6,000 as a welcome bonus.

🎁 Wagering Requirements: 65x the bonus amount

The wagering requirements are set at 65x the bonus amount, which is significant. Unfortunately, even if you manage to wager the whole bonus amount, there’s a maximum bonus withdrawal of £250. It diminishes the quality of the promotion slightly, as it’s impossible to actually claim the advertised amount.

Existing Customer Offers

After using your Loot Casino login, you can access the promotions page. There’s a lot available here, and it’s a rotating selection, so you can regularly see new promotions.

Some of my favourite current selections are the iPhone giveaway and the £500K tournament. For both events, you compete against other players to finish at the top of the leaderboards. The higher you finish, the better your chance of winning prizes.

Loyalty

Although Loot Casino doesn’t have a standard loyalty programme, it offers one centred around collecting trophies. You can earn trophies by completing various tasks in the slots at the site. For every five trophies collected, you advance a level and receive free spins on the Mega Reel, which awards prizes.

Additionally, Loot Casino features the 200 Club promotion, where collecting 200 trophies earns you a free £10 Amazon voucher plus free spins depending on how many trophies you collected.

Site and Mobile

loot-casino-site

The Loot Casino layout is nice and clean. It limits how much it loads by default, ensuring it’s responsive and fast. You can access all important links, and the menu opens up smoothly.

You initially get a small number of games available on the homepage. However, you can expand the list by clicking “Discover More Games.” It provides different collections of titles, including jackpots, cult classics, and new releases.

Tapping the “All Games” button opens access to the game dashboard. Here, you can access all Loot Casino slots and other game options. You can use a search bar to find specific games, but there isn’t a filter option. It means you can’t sort the games by developer, max win, volatility, or anything else. I’d prefer a filtering option, but the search bar is better than nothing.

Mobile

The mobile browser site is equally well-designed. It loads rapidly, with minor optimisations helping it work on a smaller screen. It shrinks the background size, helping everything fit on a narrower layout. It’s similar to the desktop version, so you can easily switch between platforms.

An Android app is available, giving dedicated mobile players a slightly upgraded experience. It’s similar to the app but runs slightly faster. It’s hardly noticeable, so you won’t lose much if you stick to the browser version for mobile casinos.

As there isn’t an iOS app, it’s good to see that iPhone users still get a good experience. There’s no information on why there isn’t an iOS app or news on if it will appear in the future.

Slots

loot-casino-slot

The slot choice at Loot Casino is slightly above average. While 3,000+ games is a decent amount, it falls behind many sites that feature 5,000+. However, it’s still above the bottom tier of operators that offer below 1,000 games. Top-class developers provide the games, so there’s plenty of quality on show, even if other sites have more quantity. Some of the creators are as follows:

Almost 100 developers are partnered with Loot Casino, so the overall selection covers many companies. It helps to provide a lot of variety to players.

Popular + New Slots

Loot Casino has a popular and new releases section, making it simple to find hot games and the newest titles out there.

Popular and new releases (at the time of writing):

As new releases arrive constantly, and player tastes can change, both of these lists will vary over time.

Jackpot Slots

The selection of jackpot slots is slightly limited at Loot Casino. Although it covers a decent selection of games, some of the biggest titles are missing. Most of the options are jackpot versions of standard slots, like the following games:

Megaways Slots

There’s a dedicated Megaways section, so you don’t need to use the search bar to find them. Some of the most popular Megaways slots are as follows:

Payment Methods

Minimum Deposit: £10

Minimum Withdrawal: £10

There are negatives and drawbacks to the payment options at Loot Casino. The options that are available are solid, covering debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets like Skrill. You can’t pay using crypto, and as it’s a UKGC-licenced operator, you can’t use credit cards. All deposit options are available for withdrawals, but you must use the same method as your deposit.

While there are no limits for withdrawals, there’s a charge of £2.50 for all outgoing transactions. It’s inconvenient if you only have a small win, as it can dissuade you from claiming your funds. I don’t like sites that charge for withdrawals, as it eats into your budget, making it more challenging to turn a profit.

Minimum deposits and withdrawals are £10, which is a standard limit. However, in practice, the withdrawal minimum is £12.50, as you must pay the fee to claim your funds. The maximum deposit is £1,000 as standard, but you can contact Loot Casino with proof of funds and increase your limit.

There’s no maximum withdrawal limit, so if you have the funds available, you can claim them.
Withdrawals have 1–5 business days time for processing, which is confirmed in the site’s T&Cs. There’s a mandatory 72-hour pending period, so expect to wait a while for winnings, and then it takes 1–3 days to complete the process. This is a negative, as many sites now offer instant withdrawals, particularly those with e-wallet support. On a plus note, deposits are instant.

Security and Account Verification

After opening in 2018, Loot Casino has built a solid reputation. Jumpman Gaming is a trusted company with a history of fair treatment. Despite not being one of the main operators on the market, Loot is trying to build itself as a top-tier casino.

They hold a UKGC and Alderney Gambling Control Commission licences. UKGC is most useful for UK players and shows that Loot Casino operates in a trustworthy manner. The licence is relatively clean, with a single issue where the UK Gambling Commission identified shortcomings in their anti-money laundering procedures. Jumpman resolved this quickly, leading to a settlement rather than a charge.

There’s no KYC on sign-up, and you don’t need a UK phone number, which speeds up the registration process. However, making a deposit and withdrawing require varying levels of verification. You must also complete verification to access higher deposit limits, which I am a big fan of. The SSL certificate is provided by Google, ensuring industry-standard encryption for incoming and outgoing connections.

Responsible Gaming

There’s an excellent choice of responsible gaming options at Loot Casino. It takes it very seriously, offering links on the main page and a dedicated section. You can access the following responsible gambling tools:

  • Reality checks
  • Self-exclusion
  • Cool off periods
  • Deposit limits
  • GamStop registration

The website provides resources to help those who may have a gambling problem, such as Gamcare and Gamblers Anonymous.

Customer Support

Loot Casino customer support is a mixed bag. The FAQ isn’t particularly in-depth, offering around 20 answers without any search function. It’s not bad, but there’s definite room for improvement.

The live chat takes you to a contact form, which then sends the message to the support team. It’s extremely inefficient and a bit of a cheat to call it live support. I sent a message through their system, but I still haven’t received a reply after 3 days. It’s possible that more urgent issues get faster response times, but my experience doesn’t fill me with confidence.

It’s evident that Loot Casino has done the bare minimum for its support, and it needs a lot of improvement.

Loot Casino Review Summary

Loot Casino is slightly above average, but its issues are significant enough to severely diminish its total score. The wagering requirements for the current welcome bonus are way too high—one of the highest on the market, and it limits how impressive the bonus is. The £250 max cashout seems extremely low as well, particularly as you can claim up to £6,000 for the bonus.

The game selection is good, with 3,000 online slots providing a solid choice. There are lots of developers available, which ensures both variety and quality. There are no limits for withdrawals, which is a significant benefit, but it’s let down by the £2.50 withdrawal fee.

Overall, there are better sites on the market, and unless you are desperate for the £6,000 welcome bonus, I’d check our casino review page and try one of our top-rated operators.
