Kwiff Casino Pros & Cons

There’s good and bad on offer at Kwiff Casino. Here are what I found to be the main pros and cons:

  • Great selection of slot games
  • PayPal accepted
  • Quick withdrawals
  • Impressive free spins welcome offer
  • Customer service not available 24/7
  • Hard to navigate the website
  • No dedicated iOS/Android mobile apps

🎁 Wagering Requirements: £20 per day (40 free spins)

🎁 Payment Methods Debit Cards

New players at Kwiff Casino can take advantage of a welcome bonus that awards up to 200 free spins on the classic Egyptian-themed Book of Dead slot from Play ‘n GO. The way you get your free spins is a little unusual though.

First things, first, register at the site. Once you’re registered, make a first deposit, then wager at least £20 a day on slots within 5 days of making that first deposit. You’ll then receive 40 free spins on Book of Dead. These free spins are worth 10p each and don’t come with any wagering requirements. Anything you win is yours to keep immediately. Basically, there are no wager free spins.

You can repeat the process over the first 5 days after you make your maiden deposit. 40 free spins x 5 = a total of 200 free spins. The free spins offer isn’t available if you make your first deposit using PayPal or EcoPayz. Winnings from the free spins are capped at £250.

Existing Customer Offers

At the time of writing, there are plenty of offers for existing players in the sportsbook but nothing for existing casino players. That said, Kwiff Casino do send promotions to existing customers via email and text. This includes free spins offers with no wagering requirements, reload bonuses and cash prizes.

The likes of BetMGM Casino and Duelz Casino have lots of promotions for existing players.

Site + Mobile

The Kwiff website is very simply designed. It defaults to the sportsbook when you open it up so click on the dice icon to access the casino games and slots. The slots are divided into sections.

Going from top to bottom, you’ll find Kwiff Picks, Most Popular, New Games, date-specific slots (i.e. St. Patrick’s Day), Megaways and slot providers (Thunderkick as I write). There’s a search box at the top of the page which allows you to find games by title.

Despite the rather basic design, navigating the Kwiff website isn’t always straightforward. Expect to do plenty of scrolling to find what you’re looking for.

There isn’t a Kwiff casino mobile app (although there is one for the Kwiff sportsbook). You can access most of the content from the desktop site via your smartphone browser. The mobile platform works nicely and smoothly and is available on Android and iOS handsets.

You’d be hard-pressed to call the Kwiff Casino website a thing of beauty. Working your way around and finding what you’re looking for is a bit more difficult than you might imagine. There’s plenty of decent content on offer when you have got used to the setup though.

If you want dedicated mobile casino apps, NetBet Casino, Casumo, LeoVegas and and MrQ are amongst the best you’ll come across.

There’s plenty of variety on offer in the slots catalogue at Kwiff Casino. With over 2,400 slot games, you’ll find plenty of familiar names as well as many hot new releases. The range includes titles from many of the biggest and best slot providers including:

nolimit-city big-time-gaming pragmatic-play netent microgaming
red-tiger-gaming 4theplayer play-n-go blueprint-gaming yggdrasil-gaming
thunderkick iron-dog-studio elk-studios hacksaw-gaming eyecon

As I’ve mentioned previously, finding slots is a question of browsing. There’s no way to categorise slots by provider or feature for example.

Likewise, if you’re looking to play a jackpot slot, it’s best to try and find it via a search as there isn’t a dedicated jackpot slots section. The catalogue here is fine, the filtering really could do with some work.

In the Featured section, there is a Megaways slots section but the display could be improved in my opinion. Importantly, you can find the likes of Max Megaways (Big Time Gaming), Buffalo Rising Megaways (Blueprint Gaming) and Curse of the Werewolf Megaways (Pragmatic Play).

Popular Slot Games

If you’re looking for the best slot games, you will find the likes of Legacy of Dead (Play ‘n GO), Big Bass Splash (Pragmatic Play), Starburst (NetEnt), Cygnus 4 (ELK Studios), Fluffy Favourites (Eyecon), Book of Shadows (Nolimit City) and The Goonies (Blueprint Gaming). Below are 3 of my favourites:

  • Sweet Bonanza (Pragmatic Play): 6×5 grid/Scatter Pays, 96.49% RTP + 21,175 x bet max wins
  • Mental (Nolimit City): 5 reels/1 billion+ ways to win, 96.08% RTP + 66,666 x bet max wins
  • Bonanza Megaways (Big Time Gaming): 6 reels/ 117,649 ways to win, 96% RTP + 26,000 x bet max wins

Payment Methods

Minimum Deposit/Withdrawal = £10

After you’ve completed the registration process, you’ll have a number of options when it comes to making a deposit. That includes debit cards, AstroPay, bank transfers, PayPal and EcoPayz. Unusually, for an online casino, Kwiff doesn’t accept money wallets like NETeller or Skrill. The minimum deposit amount is £10.

When it comes to withdrawals, Kwiff aims to get all withdrawals checked and processed within 24 hours. After approval, PayPal and EcoPayz payouts are instant. With a debit card, it can take up to 3 days for the funds to hit your account. Bank transfers are also possible. These take 2-3 working days.

For the Kwiff Casino free spins, use your debit as PayPal and the like are not valid.

Security and Account Verification

Kwiff is licenced by the UK Gambling Commission, account number 44448, and abides by the regulator’s rules regarding account verification and security. Players must confirm their identity by providing documentation such as a passport, driving licence or national identity card alongside recent utility or council tax bills, bank statements or letters from government agencies or HMRC.

Customer funds are held separately from Kwiff’s company funds in a ringfenced customer funds bank account. The setup is rated as ‘Medium’ in the UK Gambling Commission’s category of protection ratings.

Kwiff Casino is committed to responsible gaming and comes with plenty of tools and gadgets to keep things under control. There are options to set deposit limits if required as well as ‘time outs’ which temporarily close your account from 24 hours up to 6 months.

Customer Support

The first port of call if you need any help is the via the Help section. There’s an FAQs section that covers many of the most regular queries. You’ll get plenty of information about deposits and withdrawals, promotions, account information and the like.

If you can’t find what you’re after in the FAQs, there’s a Live Chat facility. Agents are available from 8am until midnight UK time, 7 days a week. There’s no option to phone but you can email [email protected] if you need to get into more detail.

Kwiff Casino Review: great slots selection but site could be improved

Kwiff Casino offers a very solid range of slots. There are titles from plenty of providers which means there’s loads of variety when it comes to themes, styles and gameplay.

The welcome offer for new players is a good one. There aren’t any no-deposit giveaways and you do have to wager before you can claim your free spins. The upside is that any winnings from the free spins are free from restrictive wagering requirements. Anything you win from your Book of Dead free spins is yours to keep, up to a maximum of £250.

I didn’t find the Kwiff Casino site the easiest to navigate. Some decent filtering would make working your way around the site and finding new favourites much more straightforward.

The Kwiff sportsbook has proven increasingly popular, and they seem to have put more effort into developing that side of the business. The Kwiff Casino site seems like a bit of a bolt-on. It’s decent enough and perfectly fine if you’re a sports bettor first who sometimes fancies giving the slots a spin.
