BestOdds first opened in 2025 under a UKGC licence. As a relatively new casino, it has not yet built up a strong reputation, but there are no complaints about its name. The game selection is hard to pin down, but there are at least 1,200 games from developers such as Wazdan, Blueprint, and Thunderkick.

As BestOdds online casino is new, there isn’t much information available about it. It uses a modern casino design, with navigation all at the top of the page. It’s the only casino available under the Razorbill Links Limited company, so it could be the start of a new legacy.

There’s no mention of how many games are available, and I couldn’t find an exact number from support. I managed to count up 1,200 games, which is a decent number of online slots. I found developers such as Blueprint, Thunderkick, and Wazdan during my research for my BestOdds review.

The BestOdds mobile casino is available through both a browser and an app. It’s a plus to have access to both methods, as some sites use only mobile browser play. The BestOdds app is easy to download and is available on Google Play and the App Store.

Existing Customer Offers

The promotion selection is limited, but there are some extra options. I didn’t like how there isn’t a dedicated promotions page; they just rotate through a carousel at the top of the page.

The main bonus at BestOdds is a slot-of-the-week promotion. It gives you 25 free spins when you play £25 on whatever the slot of the week is.

There are also multiple Drop & Win tournaments with weekly prize pools.

BestOdds doesn’t offer a loyalty scheme, so you can’t earn extra rewards by playing games.

Site and Mobile

A bright background can cause eye strain if you look at it for too long, so I was impressed by the dark background at BestOdds. If you’ve used Twitter or Instagram recently, you’ll be aware of how much easier on the eyes dark mode is.

The menu is very simple. It shows all of the different pages at the top of the screen, and they’re clearly labelled. I found them slightly unresponsive, and pages took too long to load. However, the easy navigation was still a positive aspect. I found the support challenging to access, and I’ll cover its quality later on in the review.

There’s a search bar below the carousel, but it lags significantly. I actually found it easier to search through the list of games than to type in a game I wanted to try. There isn’t a filtering option, but there are sections for specific game types.

Mobile

The mobile browser site is a significant upgrade on the desktop version. It works so much faster that it almost feels like a different operator. It’s obvious that it’s been optimised, and it works better because of it. It’s a critical aspect, particularly for players who want to use BestOdds for sports betting. The colour scheme is the same, so it doesn’t put any strain on the eyes when you switch to a smaller screen. I had a similar experience with the app, and if I had to choose, I’d probably go with the app.

There was no obvious lack of titles on the mobile site, so if a specific slot is essential to you, you won’t miss out by playing on mobile. The search bar works so much better here, too. I had no problems finding games, which further compounded why the mobile site is the best way to play.

Slots

bestodds-casino-slots

I’m torn about the BestOdds slots selection because I can only see 1,200 slots and can’t confirm it. I reached out to support, but I haven’t received a reply yet. It makes it difficult to fully rate the selection, and it also doesn’t match sites with 6,000+ games. One aspect that is a bit disappointing is the absence of some of the bigger names, such as NetEnt and Games Global, which means Mega Moolah and Mega Fortune are missing.

Despite the lack of a definitive answer on the number of games, some excellent developers have been confirmed at BestOdds. The following creators offer slots to BestOdds players:

1×2 Network Pragmatic Play
4ThePlayer Wazdan
Blueprint Relax Gaming
Print Studios Thunderkick
Playson Peter & Sons

Popular + New Slots

There’s a popular and new slots section available at BestOdds. They’re both available through the casino page, making it easy to find current releases and hot prospects. While the list of games on these pages can change, these are some of the current options available:

Jackpot Slots

There’s no selection of jackpot slots available at BestOdds. While there are some other games with jackpot in the title, none of them are progressive jackpots.

Megaways Slots

I like the dedicated list of Megaways slots at Best Odds. It makes it easy to find these slots, especially as the search bar lags so much. You can use the search bar to find a specific game, but the section features the full roster of titles. It covers some of the biggest games, but it’s not as comprehensive as other sites. Some of the top Megaways games are as follows:

Payment Methods

Minimum Deposit = £5

Minimum Withdrawal = £5

I’m not fully sold on the payment methods available at BestOdds, it’s extremely limited, with only debit cards. The lack of e-wallets is a major downside, as it slows transaction speeds and reduces flexibility. Both the minimum deposit and the withdrawal amount are set at £5. The low minimums are a positive aspect, making it easier to play casually.

Account Setup

I didn’t have to go through KYC when setting up my account, so the process was fast. However, like the majority of UK online casinos, there’s a likelihood you’ll need to complete it to complete a withdrawal. Unsurprisingly, crypto isn’t supported, and the lack of e-wallets means there’s no way to get around this.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are instant, using markers on accounts to ensure the funds are set aside. Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 days, and then there’s the wait time from the payment provider. It means you could be left waiting up to 7 days to get your winnings, which is frustrating for larger wins. It’s possible they can land instantly, but the site’s FAQ section confirms they typically take at least 3 days to process your request. There are no fees for withdrawals or deposits.

Overview of Payment Methods

For a simple look at which payment methods are available at BestOdds, you can find all relevant information in the following table:

Method Min Deposit/
Withdrawal
Max Deposit/
Withdrawal
Deposit/Withdrawal Processing Deposit/Withdrawal Fees
Visa £5/£5 No Limit/No Limit Instant/up to 7 days Free/Free
MasterCard £5/£5 No Limit/No Limit Instant/up to 7 days Free/Free
Apple Pay £5/£5 No Limit/No Limit Instant/up to 7 days Free/Free

Security and Account Verification

As BestOdds is a relatively new site, it has not yet built a reputation with players. The owner is also new, meaning it can’t get prestige from other sites under its umbrella. However, it holds a UKGC licence (66479), which gives it a degree of respectability. There have been no sanctions on the licence, showing that BestOdds and Razorbill Links have behaved appropriately thus far.

Google issues the SSL certificate, so all connections are highly encrypted. It’s vital for BestOdds to offer this, particularly as players will connect payment methods to their account for deposits and withdrawals.

Account Verification

Creating an account at BestOdds was simple. I had to go through the usual steps, adding my name, DOB, address, phone number, and email. There weren’t any KYC checks at this point, but I assume they happen on withdrawals. It’s a frustrating system. I think checks should be done when they take the money initially, but I can’t blame BestOdds, since most sites only check withdrawals, not deposits.

Responsible Gambling

The responsible gambling section at BestOdds is comprehensive. As it holds a UKGC licence, it must have provisions in place; otherwise, it could face sanctions or lose its licence. The following tools are available through the account page when you log into your BestOdds account:

  • Deposit limits
  • Self exclusion
  • Reality checks
  • Take a break

You can also find further tools when you check the safer gambling page at the bottom of the screen. It took me a while to open it because the site was lagging, but once I did, it was a helpful resource. It included a range of helpful links, such as GamStop, Gamblers Anonymous, and Net Nanny.

Customer Support

I wasn’t impressed with the level of customer support offered by BestOdds. While the FAQ isn’t too bad, it doesn’t offer much more than the T&Cs provide. After that, there isn’t much when it comes to support. There’s no phone number or live chat. On top of this, it points to its social media channels for contact at the bottom of the page. When I messaged their Facebook page about the number of slots, I got a reply telling me to email support. After doing so, I received an automated response, and I haven’t heard back since.

I don’t think this is good enough, especially in the modern world, where many other sites provide instant answers to issues. This is the main area for improvement at BestOdds.

BestOdds Casino Review Summary

BestOdds is a solid site, but it lets itself down in a few key areas. I don’t think it offers enough information to sell itself. For example, there could be thousands of slot games here, but it doesn’t provide the information. The promotions are hard to find, too, which could lead players to miss them.

The lack of support is not acceptable; it’s the one major blemish here, and it lets the site down massively. I think the site also needs to be optimised for desktop, as the difference between mobile and desktop is stark. Despite these issues, I didn’t have a bad overall experience. The selection of games seems good, and I like the £5 minimum deposit.

You also have to take into account that BestOdds is a new site, so it will likely grow over time. It’s not a bad site, and it sits comfortably among other average-level sites on the market.
