Vegas Vault Slot RTP, Details & Wager Limits
The setup in the Vegas Vault slot game is unusual compared with many new slots. The action plays out on a 3-reel, 5-row grid, but there’s only one payline. You won’t land any standard wins in this payline in the base game either. Instead, that single payline can unlock the re-spins feature, which is where the action here can really motor. It’s unlike most online slots you’ll play.
Stakes start at 10p, rising to a maximum of £100 per spin (£5 cap in the UK). You can set between 10 and 1,000 spins in autoplay mode if you’re in a territory where it’s allowed. Sorry UK players, that excludes you.
The Vegas Vault RTP is 96.32% if you’re playing at UK online casinos. That’s better than average but doesn’t quite hit the high percentages offered by the best RTP slots. The volatility here is low. Despite that, the Vegas Vault max win scrubs up nicely at 8,9796x stake. If you like slots that offer even bigger jackpots, check out our pick of the best progressive jackpot slots.
I landed my biggest win playing the Vegas Vault demo slot during the hold and win re-spins feature. It’s all about the enhancers in that round. If you like to play slots for free, we have a bumper collection for you to choose from.
Vegas Vault Theme—Crack the Safe in a Vegas Strongroom
I liked the design in the Vegas Vault slot. The setting is the chamber of a vault at a mansion or casino. Watching over the reels are statues with infrared beams waiting to catch out a careless thief.
The deep purple reels contain blanks, gold coins worth between 0.5x and 10x, jackpot symbols and a colourful vault symbol. It’s all very vibrant and easy to follow.
The energetic soundtrack could come straight from a Hollywood heist movie and bounces along nicely.
It’s all quite simple, with no standard paytable, which is no surprise given the 3-reel set-up. I like what Push Gaming has done here, though.
Vegas Vault Mobile Slot
Slightly surprisingly, given the 3×5 game grid, I found landscape mode offered the best experience playing at mobile Vegas Vault casinos. You get the full effect of the vault backdrop. Portrait mode is fine, but it feels like letterbox mode on an old movie. It’s just down to personal preference, though. Regardless of how your phone or tablet is set up, you can expect silky gameplay here. It’s a fine mobile casino conversion.
Vegas Vault Bonus Features
You might imagine a slot with just a single payline to be a little on the dull side. There’s a decent collection of Vegas Vault bonus features to keep the action moving, including coin collect prizes, jackpots, enhancers and re-spins.
Enhancer Reels
Above each reel is a locked position. Land a key symbol and the locked position directly above unlocks and can become an Enhancer.
- Multiplier – The Multiplier Enhancer adds a 2x, 3x or 5x multiplier to the coin symbols on that reel. This can start at 10x on reels 1 and 3. If a coin already has a multiplier, the Multiplier Enhancer is added.
- Splits – One or more symbol positions below the Enhancer Reel split into two. If a coin is present, it turns into two coins.
Re-spin Bonus Game
Trigger the Bonus Game by landing the Coin or Jackpot symbols on reels 1 and 3 and the Vault symbol in between them. You can also trigger via a random Second Chance nudge or on any spin where a coin lands in the single payline win zone.
You’ll start with 3 spins on a new set of reels made up of blanks, Coin, Jackpot or Key symbols. If one of them lands, they’re held, and the re-spins reset to 3.
Any Enhancer Reels active on the triggering spin carry into the Re-spin Bonus Game. You can also unlock more Enhancer Reels whenever a key lands.
The round ends when you run out of spins. All the coin and jackpot prizes are collected, and any active multipliers are then applied. If there are any splits, the Multiplier is applied to both positions.
If you manage to fill all 15 positions on the game grid, you’ll land the Grand Jackpot worth 500x. This comes on top of any other prizes won during the Re-spins.
Vegas Vault Verdict: Awaken your Inner Danny Ocean in this Unusual and Entertaining Heist
Vegas Vault offers something a bit different. Despite not being able to land winners in the base game, unlocking Enhancers makes it far from a tedious exercise. I never had to wait too long to trigger the bonus round either. Carry over multipliers and splits from the base game into the re-spins, and there’s some potentially decent action to be had.
The numbers stack up pretty well, too. The return-to-player rate of 96.36% is slightly better than average, and the max win of almost 9,000x compares favourably with many new releases. The low volatility delivers plenty of play, too.
Design-wise, it’s another simple but stylish effort. That’s true whether you’re playing on your desktop computer or on a mobile device with a small screen.
It’s not quite Ocean’s 11, but Vegas Vault is an entertaining take on the classic heist theme.
