Theme – a battle of epic proportions
Trojan Kingdom is the third slot in Games Global and Just For the Win’s Kingdom series. Like Amazon Kingdom and Scarab Kingdom, it boasts amazing graphics and a well-thought out theme. As the name suggests, we’re visiting Ancient Greece, and the legendary city of Troy to be precise,
The reels hang against an impressive cityscape, with multiple columned buildings making up the background. Whilst the scene looks idyllic at first, the soundtrack hints that something is brewing. The developer’s audio team must be congratulated here, as we loved the slot’s various tension-building sounds, especially when we were on the cusp of a big win.
Symbols include four lower paying royal values (Jack to Ace), which pay up to 1 and 1.5 x your stake. Vases, helmets, and harps are also present, whilst the slot’s highest paying symbols are a man and a woman. We can assume these characters are Helen of Troy and Hector of Troy, a Trojan prince who was also the city’s greatest warrior. The two character symbols can appear in 4 different sizes, sometimes filling a whole reel. They also pay 10 x your stake for a five of a kind win.
Trojan Kingdom also boasts a Wild symbol, which substitutes for all other regular symbols and also pays out up to 10 x your stake. There’s a Free Spins scatter symbol too, and a Horse Bonus symbol. Both of these trigger extra features which you can learn about in the next section of this review

As we mentioned earlier, Trojan Kingdom is the third installment in Just For The Win’s Kingdom series. This means that, if you’ve played any of its predecessors, some bonus features might feel familiar but that doesn’t make them any less impressive.
Wild Scrolls Feature
In the base game, you’ll see a horse Bonus Holder above each reel. Each horse bonus symbol that lands is added to the respective collector. You simply need to collect 3 horse bonus symbols to activate the Wild Scrolls feature.
To begin with, the Wild Scroll symbol is placed in the top position of the triggering reel. On every subsequent spin, the Wild symbol expands to cover an additional position. The Wild Scroll is removed when it has covered an entire reel, meaning it gives you plenty of winning opportunities before disappearing. Further horse bonus symbols, however, cannot land on Wild Scroll reels yet Free Spins symbols can still be collected.
Queen’s Bonus Feature
All horse Bonus symbols are also collected in the Queen’s Bonus area above the reels. Once you have collected 1 bonus symbol, you have a random chance at triggering the Queen’s Bonus feature.
When the Queen’s Bonus feature is triggered, you are taken to a new screen where you must pick from 12 golden objects. Each object you select reveals one of four Bonus Coins and you need to reveal three matching coins to win a prize.

- 3 red Bonus Coins = 250 x your stake

Free Spins Feature
Land 3 Free Spins symbols anywhere on reels 2, 3 or 4 and you’ll receive an infinite number of free spins. These free spins come with a 2 x multiplier, and the Wild Scroll feature is also active on the 3rd reel.
If a new wild lands anywhere on the reels, a Wild Scroll also starts from the landing position. The Fee Spins round simply ends when no more Wild Scrolls are in view. Whilst this feature can definitely be rewarding, it did take a long time to activate.
Super Free Spins Feature
In the base game, you’ll find a Super Free Spins meter to the right of the reels. When you land two Free Spins symbols in a spin, these are collected and the meter is increased by 1 point. You need to collect 20 points to fill the meter, allowing you to upgrade to Super Free Spins.
Once the meter is full, you will receive Super Free Spins the next time you land 3 Free Spins symbols. The difference between Super Free Spins and regular Free Spins is that the souped up versions come with a 7 x multiplier and 2 active Wild Scrolls, instead of one.
Aside from that, the Super Free Spins round plays out like the regular free spins round, giving you an indefinite amount of spins that end when no more Wild Scrolls are in view.
Trojan Kingdom Review Summary – not your average Ancient Greece slot
There are plenty of Ancient Greece themed slots around, yet we loved this one! The design is great, the soundtrack adds excitement, and there’s plenty of action on the reels to keep you spinning.
Although some features are harder to trigger than others (namely the Free Spins round), the features offer lots of chances to win big. The biggest wins come via the Queen’s Bonus feature. Whilst this is the same feature as found in other Kingdom slots, the top prize has been doubled to 10,000 x your stake, compared to the 5,000 x max win limit in the 2 previous installments.
Overall, we think the Trojan Kingdom slot is well worth a spin. The gameplay is quick despite the game’s high volatility, and the visuals bring something new to a well-used slot theme.
