I really don’t know what Blueprint Gaming’s intent is with its Combo Frenzy™ titles. Genie Jackpot Combo Frenzy™ was bang average, and Super Graphics Upside-Down™ Combo Frenzy™ doesn’t even attempt to shake things up. Of course, this release betters the over-a-decade-old Super Graphics Upside-Down on every front, but I was expecting more.
It uses the 3 Pots mechanic, which collects corresponding coloured tokens and randomly triggers the bonus round. It’s the usual formula. Pairing it with a Cash Collect feature would at least have made the base game feel less bland.
Thankfully, the bonus spins round wasn’t rare; I triggered it twice within my first 200 spins. The round comes with multiplier wilds, but the main highlight is the bonus wheel, where you can hit fixed jackpots of up to 2,000x the bet.
Honestly, Super Graphics Upside-Down™ Combo Frenzy™ is nothing to write home about, and even more disappointing when you consider the meagre top win of just 3,000x the bet.
