I’d say the Lightning of Olympus slot sticks to what already works and just builds on it, especially when it comes to the Greek mythology angle and most of the bonus features. It’s not trying to reinvent the genre, but the tension’s still there, thanks to multipliers that can randomly stack up to 1,000x and the generous 15,000x max win.

The pacing feels intentional, too, and I particularly loved the fact that I was able to ease in and get a feel for the rhythm before the momentum shifted. The constant lightning flashes and that low, rumbling audio in the base game really sell the idea that something big’s coming. All of it ties into that slow-build, high-volatility setup, with an above-average 96.5% RTP.
