The soundtrack is quite suspenseful, but I must admit that I preferred the audio in the Legion Gold slot. The roar from the Wilds when there is a winner is a nice touch, though.
On the reels, the A-J Royals make up the lower-paying symbols. These are joined by higher-paying eagles, crocodiles, tigers and elephants. The elephant symbol is the most lucrative, paying 1, 10 or 20 x your total stake for 3, 4 or 5 in combination. Legion Gold Unleashed Verdict: what’s been unleashed?
With a title like Legion Gold Unleashed, I was expecting a lot from this slot. However, I’ve been left disappointed. I’m not entirely sure what the ‘Unleashed’ is meant to mean here. If Play’n GO meant bigger max win potential and an extra bonus feature then fair enough. Everything has improved slightly from the original slot, I can’t fault that. But I was hoping for some dramatic improvements but I didn’t get any. To further compound my misery, I only triggered the Free Spins feature once after hundreds of spins. Unlucky? Maybe.
If you have played the original, don’t expect too much here. If you haven’t played it, you might well enjoy this one. You might enjoy it if you have played the original too. But this one won’t sit long in the memory for me. I enjoyed the visuals and the gameplay overall, but there’s not been much of an improvement since the first game was released back in 2023.
