Honey Symbols
Honeylock’s Pots features 3 different Honey symbols. Each of these is marked with a card suit and triggers different features:
- Diamond activates the Grabber – Collects the value of every other symbol currently lying in the unlocked part of the grid and adds that total to its own value.
- Heart triggers the Expander – Opens up 2 to 5 locked positions on the bonus grid. Across the whole feature, it can unlock up to 15 extra spots. When you reach the 8th and 15th unlocked positions, you also gain +1 life, up to a maximum of 5.
- Club unlocks the Prizepot – Each Prizepot symbol pushes the Prizepot meter forward by one step. The meter has 8 steps in total, and certain points award fixed jackpots: Step 2 = Mini (10x), Step 4 = Minor (30x), Step 6 = Major (150x), and Step 8 = Mega (2,500x). When Prizepot lands on one of those marked steps, that jackpot value gets added to the Prizepot symbol itself.
It’s also possible for all three Honey symbols to appear during the same spin, which means all three features can trigger together. Once you enter the bonus round, Honey symbols can continue activating their related features if they haven’t already been triggered.
Honey Boost
If you land a Honey symbol but the bonus doesn’t activate normally, Honeylock can appear and step in to force the related feature to start anyway. In other words, the boost gives that Honey symbol a second chance to trigger its mechanic.

The bonus game can trigger whenever at least one Honey symbol lands during the base game. Once it activates, you move into a hold-and-collect style round where special bear symbols and coin values start appearing on the reels.

Buy Feature & Extra Bet (Not Available at UK Online Casinos)
With the Buy Feature, you can pay 30x your stake to start the bonus with at least one feature active, 50x your stake to begin with two features, or 85x your stake to enter the bonus with all three unlocked from the start.
Meanwhile, the Extra Bet option is available only in the base game and costs 2x your current stake. When it’s active, any Wild symbol that lands will automatically trigger the Honeylock expand feature, and therefore, guarantees the reel expansion effect.

What kept me spinning Honeylock’s Pots, aside from its cheerful countryside look, is the way the three bear features interact during the bonus round. It may seem like a lot to take in at first, but once the Honey symbols land and the Grabber, Expander, and Prizepot features begin working together, the bonus round picks up quite nicely.
The 2,500x max win surely puts this one on the more modest side. However, I do appreciate that the RTP is above average at 96.03%. It also helps that the game runs at a medium volatility pace, so spins don’t drag too much while you wait for the next feature to appear.
