After the multiplier is awarded, standard symbols can land in the unblocked position for the rest of this set of cascades.
Active multipliers are applied to all winning combinations. Land more than one multiplier and their values are added together. Multipliers can be worth 2x right up to 500x. In the base game, all positions are blocked at the start of a new spin. Things are a little different when you trigger the bonus round though.
Free Spins feature
