The Fortune Cats Golden Stacks slot is not your usual Thunderkick game. The theme is quite niche in my opinion so will alienate many.

The gameplay doesn’t offer anything innovative as it comes with transforming mystery symbols and free spins. In the latter, playing with up to 2 more reel sets and up to 120 paylines is a nice touch but doesn’t do much to the max win potential. Other slots like Microgaming’s Alice in Wildland and Moriarty Megaways by iSoftBet come with multiple reel sets.

Overall, Fortune Cats Golden Stacks is a decent game if you like the Japanese luck theme. Thunderkick has produced better though with Gods of Rock (20,000 x stake max wins) my pick.
