Conquer Babylon Bonus Features

There’s a host of Conquer Babylon bonus features that help keep the game interesting. There is plenty going on in the base game and bonus rounds that escalate, helping to create bigger wins.

Cascades

Whenever you create a win, it causes the winning symbols to be removed, and new ones to fall into place. It also increases the number of rows on the reels by 1, up to a maximum of 8. When the cascades end and no new wins land, the reels return to normal. 

Big Symbols

Symbols between 2×2 and 4×4 can land on the reels at any time. They can crush other symbols, which increases the multiplier that applies to the wins. The multiplier resets on each new spin. The big symbols can’t crush scatters or other big symbols. 

Coin Game

If you land a Super Symbol on the reels, it will highlight spaces when you create wins. When no new wins land, it will turn all highlighted spaces into coins, collectors, or multipliers. A coin has a value on it. Collectors will collect all coins on the reel, and multipliers will either increase all coins above and to the side of it, or add 1 to 5 to the global multiplier. The collector will also cause more coins to land in the spaces left after it collects all coins.

Free Spins

3, 4, 5, or 6 scatters award 8, 10, 12, or 15 Free Spins. During this round, the Free Spins keep the multiplier throughout. You can retrigger the spins with the same number of spins per scatter, but 1 or 2 scatters will add 1 or 2 spins to your total. 

If you land a Super Symbol when you trigger the round or during the feature, the Coin Game becomes active. The highlighted spaces remain in place until the end of the round, and the row height is kept at the same level as the top highlighted space. It means you’re guaranteed an extra win at the end of the round if you have any highlighted spaces.

Conquer Babylon has lots of positive aspects. I really like the bonus features here, and they keep things interesting. The cascades are always a welcome addition to any game and work well here. However, it doesn’t lead to extra wins that often. 

Overall, it’s a decent game. Although the top win is high for a medium volatility slot, it’s not on par with the highest paying games on the market. If this had a higher top win, I think it would be one of the best slots of the year. It’s still a solid release, but there’s room for improvement if Relax creates a sequel.
