Book of Oz is a slot of missed opportunities. The maximum payout isn’t bad, but it’s below many high-volatility games. Additionally, the gameplay is missing some base game features to boost it.
It doesn’t mean that it’s a bad game, but there’s definitely room for some improvement. A slightly higher maximum win and some base game features would make this a much better title. I’m also not keen on the paying for reel respins mechanic. I think it can lull players into a sunk cost fallacy, and shouldn’t be included. Overall, this is an above-average slot that’s worth trying if you’re a fan of the Oz series.
