90’s Mania Megaways Slot Review Summary — quite a standard Megaways title
As mentioned earlier, we were excited by the theme but ultimately a little disappointed. Whilst the 90’s Mania Megaways slot looks great, we think Blueprint Gaming could have took the idea further, or at least not relied on generic ideas which were also popular in the 80s.
Unfortunately, we were also disappointed by the slot’s features. The free spins round, with increasing multipliers, is the key to winning big. However, this is a feature we’ve seen plenty of times before, and it doesn’t really tie into the theme either. We’d have loved an innovative bonus game or more exciting animations instead.
Elsewhere, the gameplay is also fairly standard. Mystery symbols and cascades are found in most Megaways and Blueprint Gaming slots. The 96.43% RTP rate and 50,000 x bet max wins are promising, but we don’t think reaching these heights is very plausible.
Overall, the 90’s Mania Megaways slot might be appealing if you love the classic Megaways mechanism. That said, we think there are plenty of other Megaways titles with more interesting bonus features and well-executed themes.
