3 Wildos Slot RTP, Details and Wager Limits
The 3 Wildos slot game uses a 5-reel, 3-row, and 9-payline game engine. Scoring a win is as simple as landing 3, 4, or 5 matching symbols on a payline starting from reel 1.
Bet levels at 3 Wildos casinos are pretty standard, ranging from 10p to £100 (capped at £5 in the UK) per spin. Playing outside UK slot sites, you can activate the autoplay to queue up to 5,000 spins. There’s also a fast play mode to speed up the pace of spins.
The 3 Wildos RTP is 94.2%, below the average for the best slots online. It would potentially deliver lower payouts in the long run. If that’s a concern, you can explore our lineup of the best RTP slots for something more promising.
As for volatility, it’s advertised as high. On average, you’ll experience a balance between occasional sizable wins and often smaller hits. Meanwhile, the 3 Wildos max win is 5,000x the bet, the lowest yet in the Wildos series.
You can get some spins on the 3 Wildos demo, embedded on this page, to have a feel of how the gameplay works for free. There are also over 5,000 free casino slots in our library.
3 Wildos Theme—Never Mistake Bandits as Tourists
“3 Weirdos” might have been a more befitting name for Thunderkick’s quirky bandit trio. These guys are relentless—I’ll give them that. They terrorised the Old West, from looting a small town in The Wildos to heisting a moving train in The Wildos 2.
In 3 Wildos, the masked outlaws leave the American Frontier behind for an Aztec setting. The game keeps its cartoon-style visuals, with thick vegetation and Mayan pyramids in the background—nothing about the setting looks serious.
Even with the change of scenery, the troublemakers still have their guitars and sombreros. However, they aren’t on the good side of luck this time, as they are locked behind bone cages above the reels.
Additionally, I was expecting something mischievous or playful for a soundtrack, but the guitar tune grew on me pretty well.
Here’s the paytable:

3 Wildos Mobile Slot
There wasn’t much difference in my overall experience playing the 3 Wildos demo on mobile, particularly in landscape mode, compared to desktop. It maintains the Aztec feel on smaller screens, and the pyramids and jungle in the background pop well.
In portrait mode, it avoids the cluttered layout seen in many new online slots, though it looks better on a wider view. Regardless, the game remains responsive on mobile casinos.
3 Wildos Bonus Features
Multiplier Wilds take the centre stage in 3 Wildos, even transforming to sticky symbols in the bonus round. There are Bonus Buy options to jump right into the action.
Multiplier Wild
The Wild symbol can only land on reels 2, 3, or 4, and they appear with a random multiplier value of 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x. The multiplier applies to the potential payout of any win the wild is part of.
It gets even better if multiple wilds form a win; their multipliers are multiplied before they are applied to the payout.
Bonus Game
Red, Blue, and Green Dynamites are the game’s scatter symbols, and they can appear anywhere on the reels, one of each colour per spin. They are collected by a corresponding Wildo above the grid.
After each collection, there is a random chance that 1 or more Wildos blast their way out of their cells, triggering the Bonus Game. The round begins with 3 free spins, or 4 if the Green Wildo is active.
Whenever a multiplier hits, it remains sticky on the reels, and the spin counter resets (back to 3 or 4). During the round, the following Wildo modifiers may be active:
- Collect (Blue Wildo): Introduces a Collect Wild symbol that collects all the multiplier values from winning wild symbols.
- Upgrade (Red Wildo): Upgrades 1 or more wilds on the reels by adding up to 3x to their current multiplier values. The increase remains throughout the round.
- Extra (Green Wildo): Awards an extra spin before the start of the round.
Ante Bet and Feature Buy (Unavailable in the UK)
As with many modern casino slots online, 3 Wildos comes with a Bonus Buy feature to jump straight into the bonus game.
- 50x the bet: Only 1 Wildo will be active during the round.
- 80x the bet: Any random 2 Wildos will be active during the round.
- 200x the bet: All 3 Wildos will be active during the round.
There’s also an Ante Bet option that raises your stake by 3x the bet on each spin to triple your chances of triggering the bonus game.
3 Wildos Verdict: The 3 Outlaws Fail to Impress in their Aztec Raid
After looting their way to fame in the Wild West, Thunderkick sends its mischievous trio to a new location with the same mission in 3 Wildos. The Aztec setting brings in a new adventure while maintaining the lighthearted feel—it feels like a nice choice.
On the gameplay front, this sequel continues with the series’ reliance on multiplier wilds. It also introduces a 3-pot collection feature, which randomly triggers the bonus round and awards modifiers for the triggering Wildo.
However, in my opinion, the feature feels forced, more like an attempt to hop on the industry’s new trend. It can also get a bit confusing in the bonus round, where regular free spins combine with the Hold and Win mechanic.
What’s even more of a snag is the game’s top prize of 5,000x the bet, which is half of what The Wildo 2 offered. Honestly, with 3 Wildos, it’s difficult to say if the provider is really progressing in the series.
