The scene looks beautiful, bringing flashes of The Lion King to mind with its golden-hour glow and vast plain with mountains.

There’s a tiny hut in the background and horns, presumably rhinos’, poking through the grid. It’s little details like this that make me smile. The peaceful scene is backed by the sounds of cultural drums as you spin away. It works well for the theme, and it didn’t become repetitive throughout my Rumble Rhino review.

On the reels, you’ll find the rhino in the company of a zebra, giraffe, cheetah, gorilla, snake, and a bird. As with many online slots, playing card suits are the low-paying symbols.

Rumble Rhino is a solid safari slot. It’s not massively original, but the free spins variations make Rumble Rhino worth a spin. However, the gameplay doesn’t promise big wins.

The safari theme isn’t the most novel in the industry, but Pariplay has found a way to own it in Rumble Rhino. The visuals feel like something freshly cut out of a movie scene. What really took me out was the attention to tiny details, like the little hut in the background and horns poking through the grid. 

Gameplay-wise, it is satisfactory. Although I would have loved to see more happening in the base game, the Mystery Mask is a decent addition. Things get even better visually and technically when it appears as a colossal 4×4 symbol, particularly when it reveals a wild.

However, payout values are on the low side, with the highest offering a mere 5x the bet per line. Even with the multipliers in the bonus game, your chances of walking away with big wins remain slim.
