The Jetsons™ slot is a 5×3 game that pays all ways. Similar to Megaways slots, it covers every possible payline, which is 243 in this case. You create a win by landing at least 3 lower value symbols or 2 Jetson family symbols on a payline. It’s a standard gameplay mechanic for online slots using this layout.

You can wager between 10p and £500 (up to £5 in the UK) in The Jetsons™ slot game. It moves in preset increments, and I set it to £1 in the free slots version. You set your stake on the left of the screen, and all spin controls are on the right. As long as you’re not playing at a UK online casino, you can set an autoplay and move through three turbo spin options.

I am slightly disappointed with The Jetsons™ RTP. At 94.06%, it’s well below average. It doesn’t drop as low as games with ranges, but it’s still one of the lower values you’ll find at UK online casinos. It makes up for this with the volatility. It’s set at medium, and it was obvious while I played The Jetsons™ demo. It has the highest potential payouts of any new slots with a medium volatility I’ve played, which is a definite positive.

You can potentially grab a The Jetsons™ max win of up to 250,000x your stake. A minor downside is that this is capped at £250,000, so if you play above £1 a spin, the maximum payout drops. It means it doesn’t compete with jackpot slots for total wins. While putting together my The Jetsons™ review, my best win was 50x my stake, and I managed this in the bonus spins round.

The Jetsons™ Theme—Just Like Watching the Cartoon

Younger players might not be familiar with The Jetsons™. If that’s the case, take it from me that this is superbly done. Blueprint Gaming has done a fantastic job with the visuals, which look just like the original cartoon. I remember watching The Jetsons™ and The Flintstones when I was younger, so it was a nice nostalgic experience. I can only assume that Blueprints are also fans of the show, so they put plenty of effort into making it accurate. 

My only real issue is the music. It’s not exactly like the show’s theme, and instead is a remixed version. I guess it is due to licensing issues, so you can’t put the blame on Blueprint for this. However, if you load up The Jetsons™ casinos expecting to enjoy the original soundtrack, you’ll be let down.

The Jetsons™ Mobile Slot

The Jetson mobile slot is an excellent conversion. You don’t lose any clarity with the visuals, they retain all colours and look great on smaller screens. I didn’t notice any slowdown from the desktop version, and it’s highly responsive. Mobile casino users get the full experience, although the theme tune is still the remix, unfortunately.

Expand’N’Win Feature

Whenever a stacked symbol appears on the first reel, it triggers the Expand’N’Win feature. It works as a collection round, where it collects cash symbols. However, it doesn’t collect all symbols. The feature starts with the first reel, and any cash symbols on there are collected, and it moves to the second reel. If there are cash symbols here, it collects them and moves to the third reel. If there are no cash symbols on the second reel, it stops collecting, even if there are symbols on further reels. When the stacked symbol lands, up to 3 extra rows can appear at the top of the reels, increasing the win potential. 

The feature can also trigger randomly on any non-winning spin.

Bonus Wheel

If you land 3 scatters on the reels, it triggers the bonus wheel round. Here, you spin a Wheel of Fortune that can award Bonus Spins or one of the 4 jackpots. 

Bonus Spins

If you land your Bonus Wheel spin on a Bonus Spins space, it awards 6 spins on improved reels. You get between 40 and 400 extra cash symbols added to the reels. It means that when you land a collection symbol, there’s a greater chance of you grabbing bigger wins. However, it doesn’t add more collection symbols, so it won’t make a collection win more likely.

The Jetsons™ is a fun slot that has some decent features in place and a substantial maximum payout. However, the limit on the top win is a bit of a letdown. 

Pros

• The stacked symbols can land in the base game
• Bonus wheel can award a bonus round or an instant payout
• Up to 250,000x your stake is a big win for a medium volatility game

Cons

• A £250,000 win cap
• The RTP is only 94.06%

The Jetsons™ is a fun slot. There are areas for improvement. I’d like the ability to retrigger the bonus spins to be easier, and seeing cash prizes on the final reel, but not being able to collect them is frustrating. However, these aren’t major problems, and it’s still a fun game, especially for fans of The Jetsons™.

The only main issue with The Jetsons™ is the win cap. It’s set at £250,000, which limits how effective the 250,000x your stake maximum payout is. If you play at above £1 per spin, you’re not getting the best value. For example, at £500 per spin, the maximum win is 500x your stake, which is not as impressive. It’s what stops this from being a top-tier title. If £1 a spin is your standard stake level, this is a game you should try.
