Hearts of Venice: Demo
Best Casinos to play WMS’ Hearts of Venice Slot
Hearts of Venice Theme/Symbols
There’s an old school look to the cartoon-style visuals in Hearts of Venice. Set against a canalside backdrop, you’ll see red roses, pillars, mast heads and gondola’s hats which all pay up to 2.5 times your stake per payline. They’re joined by statues, lamps, bridges, gondolas and gondoliers which award up to 3.75 times your stake. The top symbol is the woman with the flower which pays 5 times your stake if you land 5 on a payline. There’s also a wild, the Hearts of Venice logo, that can appear anywhere apart from reel 1.
Joining the usual symbols is the red heart. This spins in stacked formation. Whenever these heart symbols land, they all transform into the same matching symbol.
Hot Hot Super Respin Mode feature
Hope to land a full stack of transforming heart symbols on reel 1 as this triggers the Hot Hot Super Respin Mode feature. The stack of hearts, plus any wilds elsewhere on the reels are held and 2 respins are awarded. If any hearts or wilds land during the 2 respins, they too are held. The hearts all then transform into the same symbol and a new payout calculation is made.
Free Games feature
The silhouette of the 2 lovers is the scatter. Land 3 of these anywhere on the same spin and you’ll activate the Free Games feature. On offer here are 10 free spins. Extra heart symbols are added for the duration of the free spins round so you can expect plenty of transforming symbols and more triggers of the Hot Hot Super Respin Mode feature.
Landing 3 scatters adds another 10 free spins to your total. Like in other WMS slots, you’re guaranteed to win a prize equal to at least 10 times your total stake when you play the Free Games feature.
Considering its setting, the design in Hearts of Venice is a little underwhelming. The generic soundtrack does sound a bit like an ice cream van though. The gameplay is simple and can deliver up to 250 times your stake per spin, respin or free spin – that’s it.
This slot isn’t as iconic as its location but Hearts of Venice is still worth a trip if you like slots found in Las Vegas casinos. WMS does offer much better games though like Raging Rhino Megaways and Monopoly Grand Hotel.
