Exploding Pays gives you multiple ways to win as wild symbols blast, explode and shock. This isn’t a traditional slot game by any means but you need to work your way through 8 levels of symbol value. To way to win here is to get matching groups of 4 or more of the same symbol which are connected horizontally and/or vertically. Then these matching symbols will be destroyed to give you new symbols and the opportunity to win time and time again.
If you get Exploding, Blasting or Shocking wilds in combinations, they won’t be destroyed so remain on the screen to boost your winning potential. Look out for the Diamond symbol as it pays 10 times the credit value. Exploding Wilds destroy symbols connect to it, Blasting Wilds destroy symbols horizontally and vertically for its centre and Shocking Wilds destroy symbols diagonal from its centre.
There are Enhancement features which occur when any combination of Exploding and Blasting Wilds appear – it will leave a pink watermark which remains for the next spin and destroys symbols within it. When you have Exploding and Shocking Wild combinations, you will see a green watermark – all symbols within this in the next spin are wild. When Blasting and Shocking wilds combine, you will see a blue watermark. In the next spin, symbols will be paid at 10x the current value. Cool Jewels may sound confusing but it’s quite good once you get going. It’s very shiny and fast paced and reminds me a lot of Starburst by Net Entertainment. I found it to be medium variance as most of the wins are quite small. However, I won almost 100 times my stake the first time I triggered the free spins feature which was great. It’s not my favourite WMS slot but worth playing – I much prefer more volatile slots like the amazing Black Knight II.
