Book of Adventure: The Original Journey is a very simple game. The gameplay is straightforward and the free spins with expanding symbol is a combination we’ve seen in many games. It’s certainly not the freshest take you’ll see on this classic theme but it’s solid enough.
The same can be said of the design. The visuals are nicely drawn and gold dominates the colour scheme. It looks quite classy though, especially when combined with the haunting Arabian-style soundtrack. It is a highly volatile offering which can reward you with 5,502 times your total stake on each spin/free spin.
The Egyptian theme has been done to death by developers. Book of Adventure: The Original Journey doesn’t offer anything we haven’t seen already. If you’re a fan of the ancient world, then it’s worth a look. If the theme doesn’t usually appeal, the simple gameplay probably won’t offer enough to win you round.
