Wild Hunter Slot Review
Wild Hunter is a 5 reel, 9 payline video slot which is powered by Playson. Playable from as little as 9p a spin to as much as £45 a spin, it has a Native American theme as it’s based on the wild hunter. An animated Native American, you will see plenty of artefacts like tomahawks, eagles, tepees and drums.
Graphically, its cartoon in style as the wild hunter himself is quite animated to the left of the reels. It has a quirky soundtrack which compliments the fun element of the game as you hear the chanting from the tribe. Anyway, the Wild Hunter himself is the wild symbol and 5 of them on an active payline will reward you with the maximum 5,000 times your stake!
In terms of the scatter, there are actually 3 of them in Wild Hunter which are represented by a tomahawk (a single-handed axe used by native Indians), a totem and a buffalo. Anyway, if you get the tomahawk on reel 1 and the buffalo on reel 5 simultaneously, you will trigger the Free Spins feature.
Here you are granted 10 free spins – you will see the Wild Hunter chase the Buffalo across the reels. More importantly, the tomahawk scatter becomes a spinning tomahawk which can appear and fly across the reels until it reaches the edge or is stopped by the skull.

Wild Hunter is a very highly volatile slot game which follows the trend of most Playson slots – this is why I love the game. Most of the time I tend to lose but when you’re luck’s in, it’s superb to listen to the sound of the drums when you’re winning.
