There’s a suitably epic feel to the design here. Set against a wintry backdrop, the 7×7 grid of reels are made up of 4 lower value rune stones and 4 higher value stone carvings. The best of these is the Thor’s hammer. Winning combinations are created by landing clusters of matching symbols.

We really liked Thor’s Lightning. The imagery is superbly drawn and there’s a sweeping orchestral score to accompany the action. The gameplay matches the high-class sound and visuals too. The hammer and lightning strikes pep up the base game.
