The Sirens’ Riches slot is played on 5 reels with 50 paylines. All symbols pay from left to right on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost reel. Only the highest win per line is paid.

Theme – let the Sirens lure you in

The theme here is Greek mythology. Why? Well, the title gives it away, but if you didn’t know, Sirens are humanlike beings with alluring voices, much like mermaids in a way. There are 2 on either side of the reels as you spin away. The setting is a tranquil one, with a waterfall in the background as well as a shipwreck that you’ll notice just behind the waterfall.

Before you hit the spin button, you’ll hear the Sirens’ voices in harmony as well as the crashing water from the waterfall. As soon as you start spinning the reels, the audio intensifies with a harp-like sound and the Sirens on the reels become interactive when the Nobleman lands. Overall, it’s got a very pleasant feel to the gameplay. Nothing’s over the top here and that’s just how I prefer it personally.

On the reels, the different coloured shells make up the lower-paying symbols.  These are joined by several higher-paying symbols – gun, lantern, anchor, ship’s wheel and a treasure chest. The treasure chest symbol pays the most, awarding 1, 2 or 20 x the bet for 3, 4 or 5 in combination. The Game’s Wild is a gold W acting as a pearl inside an oyster. It substitutes for all symbols and pays up to 100 x the bet if 5 of them land in combination.

The Siren Queen

The Siren Queen is a 1×4 Super Wild and it can only appear on the 15th spin if it’s unlocked from the progress bar. The Super Wild only ever appears on the middle reel and may have a 2x, 3x or 5x win multiplier attached to it based on the progress achieved on the Sirens’ Treasure bar. More on that further down. The multiplier applies to line wins.

The Nobleman

The Mobleman is a Scatter symbol that can only appear on the middle reel. When he does appear, each one that lands will move the progress bar 1 step, as shown in the screenshot above just to the right of the reels. Only 1 Nobleman can land on any 1 spin and he cannot appear on the 15th spin.

Sirens’ Treasure Feature

Each spin in the game is number 1 to 15, which you’ll see above the reels as shown in the screenshot above. There are 2 Sirens on either side of the reels keeping watch as well as a progress bar to the right with 14 milestones that represent the Sirens’ Treasure and all possible prizes.

Whenever a Noblemn lands on the reels during the 15 spins, the Sirens seduce him and gather his life essence to move the progress bar along 1 step. Each 2nd step unlocks a prize that will be awarded on the 15th spin. Here’s a list of the prizes available and you will win all unlocked prizes at once:

• Step 2 – 2 guaranteed Wilds.
• Step 4 – +1 Wild is added for 3 guaranteed Wilds.
• Step 6 – Guaranteed that the Siren Queen 1×4 Super Wild appears on the middle reel.
• Step 8 – Siren Queen is guaranteed to appear with a 2x win multiplier.
• Step 10 – 1x is added to the Siren Queen’s multiplier & 1 respin is added.
• Step 12 – 2x is added to the Siren Queen’s multiplier + another respin is added plus an additional 3 Wilds.
• Step 14 – 3,000 x win is awarded in addition to all other rewards in the previous steps.

Sirens’ Riches Slot Review Summary – Step by step you can achieve more

I really enjoyed the gameplay in the Sirens’ Riches slot game. The 15-spin cycle is a fun concept that makes the game stand out from the crowd as it’s unconventional. It’s pretty common but not too common if that makes sense. I also enjoyed the excitement of the Nobleman symbol landing as I knew that would edge me along the progress bar and move me toward the 14 steps that are needed to claim all of the rewards.

The RTP rate is on the low side, which is disappointing to see, and the volatility levels don’t help cushion that blow either. However, the 22,307.5 x max win potential is very generous and something I didn’t expect in all honesty. I was pleasantly surprised by this and the hit frequency of 28.29% isn’t too bad either.

Overall, while the gameplay is a little boring in the base game without the progress bar progression and the awards, it certainly appeals overall as a fun Greek Mythology-themed slot.
