The set up in Gemtastic is very straightforward. The reels are set against a diamond mine backdrop – there you’ll find 9 brightly coloured gemstone symbols. The best of these is the orange stone which awards 1.5. 3, 6 or 12 times your stake if you land 3, 4, 5 or 6 on a payline. Most of these gems are single symbols.
More rewarding still is the rainbow W which is the wild. This substitutes for all other symbols. Land 6 of these in combination and you can look forward to a bumper award of 75 times your total stake.
Gemtastic comes with a chain reaction game engine. After a winning combination hits, the successful symbols are blasted away and new ones drop in from above and replace them. The reactions keep on coming as long as a new winner hits.
