When Evolution Gaming acquired NetEnt and Red Tiger Gaming, it was expected that revamps of popular slot games would occur. Gonzo’s Quest Megaways and Piggy Riches Megaways have already been released but the Blood Suckers Megaways slot surpasses these 2 comfortably.

Visually, it pays homage to the Blood Suckers and Blood Suckers 2 slots but with enhanced graphics and a superb soundtrack which goes into overdrive during the free spins. Graphically, it’s more Blood Suckers than the sequel though.

In terms of the gameplay, I like the fact there are 4 randomly triggered base game features which reward you with random wilds, extra scatters, Super Wild reels with multipliers and multipliers up to 5x. These features come into play during the free spins, as long as you pick them in the picker stage.

Much like the Vampire Slaying Bonus feature from Blood Suckers, you pick from coffins to win prizes. In the original slot, there were cash prizes up for grabs. In the Megaways version, you get extras to use during the free spins. Ideally, you want to land the Wins Multiplier and Super Wilds extras as these represent the biggest win potential.
