After seeing the preview trailer, we had high hopes from Quickspin’s animal-inspired offering. We’re pleased to say that Razortooth lives up to those high expectations.
Visually, it’s a gold star – set against a woodland backdrop, the reels include a selection of prehistoric animals including woolly mammoths, bears, birds and tigers as well as a range of gemstones. They have a slight cartoon feel and stand out beautifully against the pale blue backdrop. The game engine is super sleek and the reels have a lovely smooth spinning action. It all plays out to a laid back soundtrack – no complaints then with the look and sound of Razortooth.
The Razortooth logo is the wild, substituting for all other symbols apart from the scatter. Look out for the leaping tiger who will claw out up to three extra wilds to the reels during the base game.
Where Razortooth really starts to roar is in the feature round – 3 scatters will trigger the bonus where you’ll be awarded an initial 5 free spins.
