Take a classic fruit machine and customise it with a couple of extra twists and you’ll come up with something like Star Fall. Visually, Star Fall has a traditional feel – joining the A to J playing cards are lemons, grapes, cherries, melons and bells. The diamond is the most lucrative of the standard symbols – 5 of these gems on a payline will get you a payout of some 20 times your stake.
The gold star is the wild, replacing everything bar the coin stack – whenever the wild lands, you’ll trigger the Falling Wilds Respin feature. The reel in which the wild appears will nudge down 1 position and a new payout is made. You can get up to 3 nudges here depending on where the wild lands.

Star Fall is pretty simple fare as far as design and playability go. The visuals are perfectly acceptable but lack the visual flourishes that are found from some developers (we’re looking at you Thunderkick!). The features are perfectly serviceable too and hit at fairly regular intervals. We’d put the variance in the low to medium range.
