We initially thought that the Wolf Gold Power Jackpot slot was just going to be the same as the original with a jackpot added. There are plenty of similarities here, there’s no doubt about that, but there’s enough difference to make it feel like you’re playing a different slot with the same theme.

The game itself is very easy to understand, with numerous bonus features adding to the overall appeal. The Power Jackpot is a great addition, even though you only win 50% of the total. But that total is often high enough not to worry about missing out on the other half.

Overall, I like the gameplay, I like the graphics, I appreciate the soundtrack, and I think it’s a very well-done slot. It will appeal to many players and is certainly a step up from the original.

If you take the jackpot away, which is rare to land, then the max win of 2,500 x your stake is a bit of a letdown. They do make up for it slightly by putting this slot in the medium category for volatility, which is nice to see on a game with huge jackpot potential.
