Given the luxury theme, we found the design to be lacking a little sparkle. It’s all perfectly serviceable but there was a distinct lack of bling. The jangly soundtrack is a nice complement to the theme though.
As far as variance goes, we’d put Black Diamond in the low to medium category. The features aren’t the easiest to trigger but you can expect a steady stream of base game wins. We endured many near misses trying to trigger the Pic Me feature. That and the free spins can deliver though. As can the high, 5-in-a-row payouts.
Black Diamond isn’t the most exciting slot you’ll come across wither in terms of design or features.
