The official game for the 2016 Suicide Squad film, the story follows a group of imprisoned supervillains. They were recruited by a secret government agency to undertake special black ops missions and try and save the world from the apocalypse.

Superbly designed, there’s a grungy, rock soundtrack blasting away in the background while you spin, punctuated by lines of dialogue from the film.

The number of wilds added depends on which character landed fully stacked. With up to 4 wilds possible, it works as follows:

• El Diablo + Katana: they award 2 wilds
• Joker: awards 3 wilds
• Harley + Deadshot: they award the maximum 4 wilds

On each spin that follows, the dog tag wilds are removed 1 symbol at a time. For example, after a Deadshot stack has landed, you’ll receive 4 dog tag wilds on the next spin. This drops to 3 then 2 then 1 on the following 3 spins.

Enchantress Mode feature

The Enchantress Mode feature triggers when you land a full stack of Enchantress symbols on any reel. That reel is filled with 4 Enchantress logo wilds. These can substitute for all other standard symbols including both weapons and Suicide Squad members.

If there are any dog tag wilds on the reels when the Enchantress Mode become active, they are upgraded to Enchantress wilds. All payouts during Enchantress Mode spins are boosted by a 2x multiplier and doubled. On each spin that follows, 1 Enchantress wild is removed. You’ll return to standard mode play when all the Enchantress Wilds have been removed from the grid.

Suicide Squad Review Summary – DC anti-heroes deliver plenty of action

The lack of a free spins round in the Suicide Squad slot might be a red flag for some. I found the Suicide Squad wilds came along often enough to make up for that lack of free spins.

Superbly designed and reminiscent of the film, the biggest wins will come from the Enchantress wilds which add a 2x multiplier into the mix. With 500 x stake max wins available, it’s all about the 4 progressive jackpots.
