1 Hammer Wild can be released per Ice Barbarian or Ice Valkyrie symbol to give you up to 4 Hammer Wild symbols. The released hammers are then collected in the multiplier bar above the reels. Each hammer will give you a 1x, 2, 3x and 5x multiplier respectively (for 1, 2, 3 or 4 Hammer Wilds).

If a hammer is released, the Hammer Respins feature is triggered. Once in the feature, wilds can land on reels 3, 4 and 5 – when they appear, they will freeze to the reels. If a Hammer Wild symbol lands on reel 2, it unfreezes all regular wilds with the leftmost hammer from the multiplier bar used. Basically, the Hammer Wild becomes a multiplier wild.

If 1 or more hammers are available in the multiplier bar and if 1 or more normal wilds are on reels 3, 4 or 5, 1 of the regular wilds is randomly chosen to freeze and remain frozen for the next respin session. The Hammer Respins feature only ends when there are no more hammers in the multiplier bar.

With Kingdoms Rise: Reign of Ice being a Kingdoms Rise online slot, you can trigger the Hammer Respins feature from within the Kingdoms Rise Shop. You have 2 options:

Starting with 3 respins, all Ice Barbarian symbols freeze until the feature ends – each Ice Barbarian symbol landing resets the respins tally to 3. The respins continue until you run out of respins or you fill the reels with Ice Barbarian symbols. This is particularly good as it’s the highest value symbol.

Valkyrie Respins feature

You also have the option to buy the Valkyrie Respins feature in the Kingdoms Rise Shop for 1,000 tokens. During this feature, the frozen 5x multiplier is located above every reel with just Ice Valkyrie symbols appearing on the reels. Every Ice Valkyrie symbol that appears will freeze and give you a cash bonus.

When 3 Ice Valkyrie symbols appear on a reel, the 5x multiplier is triggered. No Ice Valkyrie symbols will reduce the respins counter and a new Ice Valkyrie symbol resets the respins tally to 3.
