The trip to the Gorgon’s lair is a treat for the senses. The sound and visuals here are terrific. Furthermore, the gameplay is rather unusual but stacks up pretty well, too.

The best opportunities come when you fill the Charge Meter and bring the Other World free round with all those extras into play. You can expect to trigger this round at regular intervals, too.

However, the numbers are a bit of a mixed bag. The RTP is better than average, and the medium volatility means there’s potential for more play than in many super-volatile slots. On the other hand, the downside is the 2,000x max win, which is rather skinny.

The small max win aside, the superb visuals and rapid-fire features make Medusa’s Madness worth checking out at UK online casinos if you enjoy slots with an ancient myth and legend theme.
