Gates of Troy Review Summary – promises so much but doesn’t deliver

The Gates of Troy slot promises so much at first glance. A stunning intro as the game loads had me exciting for what lies ahead. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The visuals and the soundtrack are great, but it’s let down by the gameplay.

The lack of bonus features is disappointing. The Free Spins feature isn’t revolutionary and there’s just not enough meat on the bone if you know what I mean. Yes, there are multiplier Wilds, which is great to see, but nothing else really appeals.

Max wins of 3,000 x your stake is nothing to write home about either when you consider that similar slots have much greater potential. Overall, the fantastic visuals and audio are somewhat let down by the basic gameplay and the underwhelming bonus features. It’s an OK slot but there are better ones out there.
