Venice Magic is powered by NextGen Gaming and Side City Studios and comes with 5 reels and 25 paylines. Playable from 25p to £50 per spin on all devices, the game is set in Venice and has an astrology feel to it. It comes with 2 bonus features with the Zodiac Wheels feature gives you multipliers up to 10x.
Visually, Venice Magic looks superb – set in the beautiful city of Venice, symbols on the reels include card suits (spades, diamonds, clubs and hearts) as well as Venice style dress pieces like head pieces, masks and a couple of masked characters.
The game benefits from the Venice’s Treasure feature as there are 2 special wilds, the Joker or Tower wild which can appear on all reels. When the feature is randomly triggered, Tower Wilds will transform 1 or 2 reels into wild reels. 1 to 4 Joker Wilds will be randomly added to the reels at random too. If you get a win with a Joker Wild, your outcome will be double.
Then you have the Zodiac Wheels feature which is played when you get 3 Zodiac Wheels symbols on the 3 middle reels simultaneously. The Zodiac Wheels will then determine how many free spins you will get (5, 6, 7, 8, 10 or 15), what multiplier you’ll use (2x, 3x or 5x) and what wild will be in place (Tower or Joker Wilds).
On each free spin, Tower Wilds will give you 1 or 2 wild reels whilst Joker Wilds will randomly add up to 4 wilds to the reels. If you play with Joker Wilds, the multiplier will double is part of a win – i.e. the 2x becomes 4x, 3x becomes 6x and 5x becomes 10x.
Venice Magic can be a highly lucrative slot due to 2 potential wild reels or a multiplier up to 10x on each free spin! I found the game to be a medium to high variance offering. I also recommend you try some of NextGen Gaming/Side City Studios collaborations with Egyptian Rise my favourite.
