Titan Storm Slot Review
Titan Storm is powered by NextGen Gaming and has 5 reels and 243 ways to win. You can play from just 25p a spin to as much as £50 a spin. It has a Greek mythology theme as you will see the titan himself, Zeus. The background is great with dramatic clouds and a mountain range – the symbols include swords and goddesses.
Now, Titan is both the wild and scatter symbol meaning that 3 of them on reels 2 ,3 and 4 will trigger the Titan’s Storm Free Games feature. Here you are rewarded with 10 free spins. Look out for 3 more wild/scatters during the feature which will retrigger the feature and give you an additional 10 free spins (taking your total to 20 free spins).
During the feature, you will get a titanic 5x multiplier applied to your winnings if you get a 5 of a kind win. Now, I’ve had a couple within 1 sitting and won a cool 305 times my stake as a result. I found Titan Storm to be a medium to high variance game with decent sized wins in both the base game and free spins feature.
More often than not, I’ve won between 5 and 15 times my stake in the feature which is frustrating – however, you need to be patient in order to win the big prizes. Saying that, when you get 3 wilds on a spin with high paying symbols, you can win over 100 times your stake most times.
Titan Storm reminds me a little of Thunderstruck II – theme wise it’s similar but more colourful and modern (which I quite like). It’s not as high variance as NextGen Gaming’s 300 Shields but a welcome addition to their portfolio and one I will be playing fairly regularly.
