Blood Lore Wolf Pack is powered by NextGen Gaming and has 5 reels and 20 paylines. Playable on all compatible devices from 40p to £80 a spin, it’s the sequel to the popular land based favourite Blood Lore Vampire Clan. It’s all about the Re-Spin feature where you get 5 re-spins with 2 sticky wilds reels.

Aesthetically, it has the same look and feel as Blood Lore Vampire Clan – don’t be expecting high definition graphics or nice-rendered symbols. In terms of the soundtrack, it has piano inspired tune which is quite relaxing and at the same time creepy. You will also hear werewolves howling as you spin the reels.

Anyway, you will find werewolves, potions, pendants and playing cards. The werewolves symbol has the highest value with 5,000 times your line stake for 5 on a payline.

The Wolfman is the wild symbol and appears only on reels 2 and 4 and substitutes for all symbols including the scattered moon symbol. When the Wolfman wild appears simultaneously on both reels 2 and 4, you will trigger the Re-Spin feature.

Both reels 2 and 4 expand giving you 2 fully wild reels – reels 1, 3 and 5 then spin 5 times with the 2 wild reels locked in position. If you manage to get a high value symbol on reels 1 and 3, prepare yourself for huge wins. The feature is simple but can give you huge wins if you get werewolves on the right reels.

It’s not the best slot NextGen Gaming has released but it’s a decent addition to their huge portfolio – variance wise it’s in the middle. Truth be told, I much prefer Aristocrat’s Werewolf Wild or High 5 Games’ Night of the Wolf.
